I love the look of this fan but, unfortunately, it is pretty loud. Of course the term loud is relative but comparing to a 16" Honeywell fan, this fan, set to about the same air speed, is much louder. We only use it when we really need to.
Wish there were a slower speed setting. When we do turn this fan on we use the lowest speed. Still too loud for my tastes. Looks great in the room though!

I upgraded from an iPhone 5 to this 6s. Like the screen size, health monitor, and fingerprint login. Other than that it's pretty much the same. I don't really notice any speed improvements but you get used to whatever you have unless there is a gross difference.

This is a great way to not invest heavily in a technology you want to try. This stove seems to have all the desirable aspects of induction cooking with the exception of one. That one exception is having a cool to touch burner area as soon as you turn off the heat and remove the pot or pan. I have seen much more expensive units that have that feature. Not really a deal breaker though since we were already used to not touching a recently used burner area and there is a warning telling you the area is still warm.
The other induction characteristics are there - quick heating and quick response to changes. It is much much better than a standard electric cooktop.
Not sure if the more expensive units do this but there is a noticeable hum when you are using high power. It is definitely not loud or annoying, just different.
We are very satisfied with this stove and think it is an excellent value.

Can this fan be mounted on the wall?
No. There are not any mounting holes. And even if you could come up with some way to mount it the tilt angle adjustment is too limited - the fan would point mostly down.

Does the fan tilt?
You can manually tilt it. Tilts up about 20 degrees and down about 5 degrees. There's a knob to loosen to tilt and tighten back when you have the angle you want.
