Great Protection But Continues to Have Issues

This is my third Life Proof case, this time for an iPhone 6S+. The drop protection, immersion in water and screen protection are fantastic. My real issue is the lack of phone call clarity. Consistently I get complaints that people calling cannot hear me, I am muffled to the point of non recognition. This is the same issue I've had with previous versions for the iPhone 5s. I have taken to using the speaker phone option which seems to perform better however it is not an acceptable solution to me, I now recommend only with caution as I have purchased a competitive case that functions properly even though I have lost some aspect of protection (water immersion).

Purchased two of these units - used in tight spots where I needed multiple outlets (three) and were directly behind furniture. The side outlets are great - allowed us to move furniture closer to the outlet. Decent surge protection.
