I am totally disgusted with this camera. It would not connect to my Wi-Fi. I admit that I am not the most savvy internet person, so I had my teenager try. Nothing. The next day, I had one of my millennial employees try. Nothing. On the third day, I had yet another Internet Geek try and still, nothing. I thought it was my home Wi-Fi, so I brought it to work and still, Nothing. I called Customer Service and I was so frustrated after being on hold for 40 minutes, I just gave up. I threw it in the trash and accepted the loss.

can it connect to a hotspot
I am having many issues with this camera. I am able to tap into the Wi-Fi at work but no where else. I bought it for home use and after at least 15 attempts, it will not connect . One of my internet savvy coworkers took it to his house and is having no luck getting connected. Don't waste time calling customer service, a huge waste of time. I plan on taking it back to Best Buy tomorrow and pay the difference for a better quality camera. I do not recommend this camera at all. A huge waste of money. Buyer Beware
