Good for listening

These are good for listening but when calling the microphone picks up everything and whoever your calling can only hear 1/2 to 2/3 of what your saying. It's only ok for phone calls in a closed quiet room. Outside in even a tiny breeze it is poor audio for a phone call recipient.

I drive a tractor trailer, how well would this item work with me hearing dispatch and would they be able to hear me clearly?

You'd hear them but the microphone picks up everything with no noise canceling they won't hear everything clearly and you'll get frustrated. I use mine for listening only. I use a plantronics voyager legend for phone calls and it works GREAT!
