Returned this one for a different color.
However the one that I got in another color did not work right out of box and customer service I rated as a -10. Twice on hold for well over 1hr and 30min. then they disconnected the call. Finally on the 3 day i tried and waited over 2 hrs. The person who finially picked up had no clue how to make the watch work. He told me to bring it back to Best Buy and exchange it. I told him if that is the best you can do then I will return for credit and purchase a different brand GARMIN and it LOOKS and WORKS great!

Purchased as a gift for my wife on her Birthday. Did not work out of the box. Their customer service is rated a -1. On hold for a long time like 1 1/2 hrs only to find I was 5mins past their quiting time. So called back the next day and waited another 2 hrs then 3 hrs with their tech rep who could not get the watch going. At the end she told me to bring it back to BEST Buy. Which I did and purchased the Garmin instead and it is great working well no problems what so ever. GOOD BYE fit bit

Brought these to use on the cruise ship had no problems. Also use for the grand children when they are over. They clip them to their belt and have to call us and let us know were they are in the neighborhood. Every time they go to another area they must call and let us know. Work fine so far. it just seems to take a while to charge. Have not had to use the weather alert as of yet. The furthest distance used so far is 7.5 miles with no problems.

I don't know about the Samsung rebate (when we purchased ours there was no rebate) but BB will tell you if there was. As far as return policy BB is the greatest no questions asked. A good example was a year ago my wife purchased a new laptop toshiba computer ($1599) and after a couple months it keep dropping the internet and shut down brought it in to Geek Squad and it keep doing it they returned it and I purchased a Lenova yoga 900 the on and off switch was in a funky place to close to a reset button. After 6 months of fustration returned and perchased a Dell XPS and no problems what so every. Returns were handled with great Customer Service.

Call the Geek Squad. But I did not have to do anything to connect my iPhone iPad & Mac pro. I just printed 1 item and within a split second it found the printer and printed. That is it I do nothing else to print from any of my devises.

Will my Motorola Droid Ultra with the protective case on it fit in this hip case? The best I can tell is the protective case measures 5.5x3 inches. I do not have it on the phone, so don't know it the size will be smaller on.
My I Phone 5 with the Otterbox case on fits in it well. My Otterbox clip holder broke and did not want to spend another $49.99 for only a few months because I going to buy the new I Phone6.
