It was easy to set up for the basic stuff. Wish they would have a way to hide the options you don't use ie Hula. So I don't have to scroll through all of them. Netflix app isn't as good as others I have used. The not so great that I mentioned is everytime I turn on the unit and go to netflix it tells me I don't have a connections and wants me to go into the network configuration. if you say no then it goes out and makes a connection then it will work if you click on netflix again. Otherwise I like the unit, the video even on regular dvd is really good. I did change my subscription on netflix to Blu-ray just to see how much difference it would make on my viewing enjoyment. also the internet browser isn't that useful.
