This modem is wonderful. I saw my speedtest.net speeds jump from under 10 Mbps to around 47Mbps after installing. A few things to keep in mind: 1) You will need to have your Internet provider help setup the modem (known as provisioning) if they don't have a web based setup. This will allow your Internet provider to communicate with the modem.
2) You will need a router, WiFi or otherwise to use this if you have more than 1 computer.
Other than that, setup is easy, just requires plugging it into the wall and connecting the coaxial cable from your Internet provider, then call them to have it provision. Took me about 15 minutes, counting the hold time with my Internet Service Provider.
What's in the Box? The modem, a manual, a warranty card, and an Ethernet cable.

This printer is by no means for anything other than visual conceptualization, printing stuff for personal use that isn't a photo, etc. The print quality isn't great, often having very visible gradient lines.
Having built-in WiFi can be a major plus for crammed office spaces or multi-user scenarios.
