I've been mousing for more than 25 years and never even considered a trackball. My office's ergonomic specialist suggested that I transition from a mouse to a trackball and I'm so glad I did. As she suggested, it will take a week or so to get used to it, but you won't want to go back. This Logitech unit is a particularly good value - the buttons and wheels are conveniently placed and offer just the right amount of tactile feedback, and the unit tracks accurately. I've noticed a marked decrease in insidious shoulder and elbow pain caused by dragging my mouse around my two screens. All in all, a great purchase: in fact, based on my experience at home, I bought a second one for my office.

I was really excited to get my original release day Note 7, and despite the controversy surrounding the defective batteries, it didn't let me down. I received my replacement phone the first day it was available as well, but what I'm writing here applies equally to both phones.
First, it's amazing that Samsung packed so much power and convenience into such a small form factor. I owned a Note 3 for three years, and had Samsung never introduced a Note with expandable storage, I'd probably still have it today. The screen is incredibly clear for videos, web surfing, and more mundane uses, and the phone itself responds instantly. The camera has replaced both my camera and video camera - maybe I'm just old now, but I really don't need any better resolution than this phone delivers. Call quality is great both in terms of clarity and signal strength (I have Sprint, so your mileage may vary).
As much as I held my nose because of the lack of a removable battery, similar to my wife's S7 Edge reviewed earlier, I don't miss it. I use my phone a bit more vigorously than she does, it'll still go from 100% at 6 a.m. to 50% at 9 p.m. Because of its Qi fast charging capability, I never have to worry about losing power. It took me two full days (as a test) to get it down to 20%, and after 2-1/2 hours on the Samsung fast charge dock (also reviewed), it was back to 100%. Despite the "exploding batteries" in the original batch of Note 7s, mine never got even warm - my new one stays cool as well.
Final kudo to Samsung and Best Buy on my recall replacement experience. Although there was lots of uncertainty about entering your email into Best Buy's site vs. store maintained waiting lists, etc., I went to my local Best Buy after work on September 21, transferred my account to the new phone, connected the two phones to transfer data via the SmartSwitch utility, and was out of the store in less than an hour. The battery problems were not Samsung's finest moment, but they definitely stood by their product. Will look forward to my Note 9 or 10 in 2-3 years, but for now, am really enjoying the current "world champion."
Work, rest and play with the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. A massive 5.5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen goes all the way to the edges of the phone so that you get the maximum area possible to work with. Solid water resistance, great processing and masses of memory round out this Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.

Despite her protests (my phone is just fine - I don't need a ndw one), I bought this S7 edge to replace my wife's old S4. She has been very pleased with the call quality (clarity and signal strength), and increased speed. She was initially put off by the increased size vs. her S4, but has now come to appreciate it, especially for showing off photos of the grand kids. She and her friends also have been astonished by the ease of use and quality of the pictures it takes as well.
Good move by Samsung to return to expandable storage, BTW. Although I was hesitant because they didn't return to removable batteries as well, my wife seldom (maybe never) put the backup battery into her S4. Even better, the embedded battery in the S7 Edge holds a charge for a very long time (she can use it continuously starting at 8 a.m. and still be at 70% at 7 p.m.). The Qi quick charge feature further reduces the fear of losing battery power.
Smartphones really have become our "multipurpose digital assistants" and this phone is a great reason why. Per the title of this review, I bought a Note 7 (the best phone in the world - also reviewed here on Best Buy) on Day 1. While I was waiting for the replacements to be released, I thought about just trading it in for an S7 Edge. Despite owning a Note 3 for three years, I never used the stylus that much and other than that feature, the lack of an iris scanner, and 32GB (vice 64GB) of internal memory, there's not much difference between the two phones. Because of the efficiency of Samsung's replacement process, I received my "non-exploding" Note 7 the first day it was available, but am confident I would have been very happy with the S7 Edge as well. This is really a great product.

This Samsung fast charge wireless charging stand sits your phone upright so that you can quickly see texts and check calls.

I love these wireless charging stands. I bought two and am about to buy a third for my office. As amazing as Qi wireless charging is, the fast charge feature is even more so, as I've been able to charge my Note 7 from 60% to 100% in less than an hour. Because of the efficiency of this unit, I have yet to plug my "new non-exploding" Note 7 into the USB C port to charge it.
I have a couple of the older (flat, but similar in design) Samsung non-fast charging plates. At times, I'd hastily place my phone on the old charger, only to find out that the phone didn't charge because I didn't place it "sweet spot." By comparison, the titled design and lip at the bottom of this unit ensures the phone is always firmly on the charging.plate. Even better, the upright placement improves my ability to use my phone as an alarm clock - I can glance at my nightstand and there it is.
Although it's a little pricey, this is a great product that I highly recommend to take full advantage of wireless charging.
Protect your phone with this Samsung Note S cover. It safeguards your phone from drops and falls without sacrificing your device's sleek design. Control music playback and keep track of the time, date and weather through the S-View window. Reject or accept calls in a single swipe without removing this Samsung Note S cover.

I purchased this sleeve for my Note 7 and returned it a few days ago. I had an original Samsung charging flip case with my previous Note 3 and liked it a lot. The new case shares most of the old case's benefits, but unfortunately a few of its disadvantages.
Pros: - I really like the fact that the case integrates perfectly with the phone's features (visibility of notifications/ability to take calls through the window, etc.). - It looks good because it was specifically designed for the Note 7, so it's nice and thin and does not detract from the appearance of the phone. - Compared with my Note 3 case, I also appreciate that the plastic lip on the bottom provides some protection for the phone's perimeters. Although my Note 3 got scuffed up after I dropped it onto a parking lot and the case opened, exposing the bottom (chromed plastic) edge of the phone, the little lip on this case has the ability to protect the Note 7 from similar impacts.
Cons: - Unlike the old fake leather case, the thinness of this one would not seem to provide the same degree of protection from direct flat surface drops. Fortunately, these phones seem sturdy enough to deal with such impacts, so the cases primarily provide cosmetic protection. - However, the deal breaker for me (and the reason I returned it) was that there's no way to keep the case fully closed. This might have "broken in," but even when I held the phone in my hand, the flap tended not to lay flat. As a result, I could easily imagine dropping the phone, having the case pop open and having an unprotected curved screen hit the floor.
Needless to say, despite many positive attributes of this case, Samsung's failure to include an effective way to keep it closed securely was troubling. I hated to return it as I liked several of the features I described, but this design shortcoming limited my confidence that it would protect my phone effectively.

I was looking for a device that would allow my wife to transfer photos directly from my wife's new phone to a storage device she could take to a photo printer. As Samsung has moved away from removable MicroSD cards, this SanDisk device fits the bill, allowing fast automatic direct file copying, without connecting to a computer. All in all, call me impressed.

I've had great luck with HP printers, going all the way back to a DeskJet 540 twenty years ago, and the OfficeJet 8620 continues the traditiona of excellence. I'm really impressed by the photo quality printing, and versatile paper handling including two-sided printing and scanning. Also looking forward to the convenience of HP's Instant Ink feature. Even better, I bought last week from Best Buy for a net price of $125: $175 discount for $300 list, minus $50 for recycling a 15-year-old printer that was gathering dust in the basement. Outstanding buy on a top quality printer!

We purchased this dehumidifier to replace on that lasted 15 years and are very pleased so far. The first day we had it in our basement, I was amazed at how much moisture it pulled out of the air, as I had to empty the bucket about 8 hours after turning it on, vs. the previous 30 pint dehumidifier, which took a couple of days to fill. Because it dries the air so quickly, I decided to install the automatic drain, ran a garden hose into the drain in our utility closet. Now it's set and forget and our basement is now much more comfortable and usable.

We have three Otterboxes on our phones and really like how the Defender works for the LG G4. We leased a phone for the first time ever and the cell companies are very restrictive regarding the condition the phone is supposed to be returned in at the end of list. So getting a quality case is essential. The Defender for G4 fills the bill nicely. It doesn't add too much bulk, looks great, and the built-in screen protector is an added plus.

Love my new 128 GB Cruzer Glide. I've had good luck with SanDisk thumb drives for nearly a decade (I have an old 256 KB that still works) and this one is no exception. Amazing that such a small device can store more data than my laptop could when I bought It. It allows fast data and video retrieval and the sliding car adds extra convenience by protecting the USB connection. All in all, a great product, and I also took advantage of a $40 sale. Highly recommended!
