The speakers are pretty Good. A great addition for 5.1 surround. Although it did take some time to sink up with the sound bar as it didn't do it automatically as it should have

We purchased this item with the HW-M550 sound bar and it will not connect to the wireless rear speakers. We have tried manual steps multiple times. I even tried to call Samsung. When I follow all of the steps it shows "shop 1" on the soundbar. Help?
