As someone who has a hard time falling asleep, I have searched and tried non-medicated solutions to end my nocturnal habit. This lead me to trying out this Philips Headband. Before trying this, there are two things you have to do. First is read the list of diagnoses that this will not be effective on.. (i.e. if you have sleep apnea.. etc), Second is to consider what size of a headband you need. Large or medium. I first tried the medium since I fell within the circumference measurement which is about maybe at the high end of medium. I figure I could adjust it enough however at the widest setting the sliders felt bulging at the center. It wasn't bad at first but a few nights later I felt it was just too snug as I either woke up to take it off or I unconsciously removed it. This offset the results. I did exchange and got the large headband and it felt much more comfortable. The only thing about being too comfortable is it might be too loose that I would lose connection.
Set up is easy, There is a video to follow in the website or you tube. The only thing to note is the initial firmware update takes a while to do.. ~ 10-20 min. Another thing that you might want to consider is that the sensors that come with it will wore out. One sensor can get you 3 days worth of use, meaning you dispose it after it doesn't stick anymore (kinda like having contact lens, you use it then throw them away after a few uses).
Overall, I do believe it helps me stay asleep when I got it to work after all the adjustments and learning process.

If you are looking for a portable and functional dock, I recommend getting this one. It however only works with laptops not desktops. I particularly like the USB-C and HDMI ports. The SD card slot and ethernet port is a plus. A lot of us use those USB for phone charging, this is an excellent addition to your mobile workstation!

I have bought a few iPhones during its release and of course the stock lightning cable has shown its wear and tear over time. As any of you would know that belkin makes compatible apple accessories and surely this lightning cable version didn't disappoint. It is ticker, and tougher than the regular cable. Only time will tell how durable this will be, Otherwise it feels like a solid buy or upgrade. One downside is it heavier.

The google clip is a very portable camera weighing less than a pound. Set up is quick. It requires you to download an app to access and view what it records. The way it works is you turn it on and records short intervals of video.. or manually take snapshots. It detects motion and recognize faces which triggers it to record, Battery life however seems to be short because it is constantly on if you want to capture those "moments". Video quality is excellent.

first wireless printer

It was time to upgrade my very old officejet 6110 all in one printer. Not that it did not work but by comparison to the newer models, this one was just plain slow. I wanted an all in one printer thats why the officejet 5252 caught my attention. Some of the features that I like was the auto document feeder, fax, scan and the cloud printing (I could print straight from my devices). Unlike its predecessor, the menu screen is now touch screen and with fewer physical buttons. The design is sleek black and ergonomic. Like the other officejet ink system, it uses the tricolor and black cartilage pair. The tricolor’s caveat is when one color runs out you have to replace the whole cartilage. HP wants you to connect via wireless router which was new to me - set up took longer as this was my first time. Print speed was fast but a little loud (there is a quiet mode option however it will slow the speed down). Overall I like these future proof features, its a nice mid range printer.

This is my first venture to the world of philips hue. I am no newbie to the world of home automation as I have a home security system installed (i.e. locks/unlocks doors, cameras etc).. As much as I would just want to keep adding features to it I decided to go the more cost efficient way - thus my first table lamp. So for starters, this lamp will not work (to turn it off and on wirelessly) without a bridge module (to control it via wifi) that you have to buy separately. If you plug it directly without the module it will still light up but unless you have a wall switch to control the outlet it plugs on - its just another ordinary lamp that cost almost $100. You only need one bridge module to control multiple hue bulbs. It is also compatible with google home for voice activation. The only thing I find unappealing is that the lamp has no manual on and off switch. The lamp itself is portable and has this mushroom shaped cone that is really perfect for small end tables. The bulb does a lot of things (dimmable, wireless, connectivity, adjusts contrasts etc). So basically you are paying for the $29 bulb and a $71 lamp.

This is one of the versitile vacuum cleaner I have ever used. The functionality of the vacuum includes the easy folding for storage and carrying (see photos). The flexibility of the floor nossle make quick work of my living room. It is designed to work around, maneuver furniture and corners with a turn of the wrist. The handheld vacuum weighs less than 10 lbs even with the multiplex appliance wand. There are several release points that eliminates any awkward bending. The only time you bend is when you have to unfold it to the upright position (a drawback due to its lightness and size of the vacuum - it does not stand upright on its own). Like any vacuum, the cord is long (It does not retract but has a place to wrap it up around the side of the multiplex wand). There are 3 attachments included to fit cleaning task (pet multi tool, duster tool and appliance wand) that connects to either the vacuum or wand directly. Advice: twist not pull/push to hook up the attachments. Also like the shark bag to put them in for storage. Reading the manual there are other attachments for purchase. I have both hard wood surface floors and carpeted rooms. The floor nossle roll and brushes are soft ideal for wooden floors. The collecting compartment is smaller than regular sized vacuums, so it requires emptying more often. Emptying is easy as clicking 2 buttons. I noticed that if I used it for an extended period of time, it does get heavy since you are carrying the vacuum with one hand (think curling a 10 lbs dumbell times 200 reps). This Shark Flex is definitely worth it if you are looking for a versatile vacuum.

There are no sounds. The only sound that you will hear are the beeps that indicates you have a good connection when you turn it on. There are no white noise or sounds at all.

Can this lamp use a higher wattage bulb
I have not tired this with a higher wattage bulb. The bulb included is at 800 lumens. I think this lamp is build specifically for a certain wattage as the cone is small and enclosure is closed tight. Anything brighter will make it the cone hotter and maybe unsafe (specially to kids).

I have not used it with any other bulbs other than the HUE brand by Philips. But it is a table lamp with a 800 lumen bulb. How bright do you want a small table lamp to be? In any case I think this lamp is built for the HUE bulbs as it does have a closed enclosure (so anything brighter would make the cone hotter!).

This is compatible with the multiroom app. This sound bar version does not have a subwoofer pair YET unlike the past other samsung bar/sub woofer combo. If I was to guess, try downloading the samsung multiroom app and see if it works with your subwoofer.

I haven't made hot chocolate before on this but it makes hot and iced styled coffee. It uses ground coffee.
