I bought the software based on various great reviews. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue during the installation process.
I called Best Buy's for software support as indicated on the back of the cd box. Both of the technician that I talked to never tried to solve my problem. The only thing they tried to as to sell the Geek Squad support package after running an utility program without my authorization.
The tech support department was a total waste of time.
