Received my G11 and the display port had a crackling sound issue. Switched cables, updated Nvidia drivers and the problem remained. Exchanged it and the problem still exists. I prefer display port over HDMI because of the superior quality but I'm stuck using HDMI for now. All in all it runs the newest games in ultra settings and over 60fps which is great.

Hisense Does not Support Xbox One S HDR

The Hisense 50h8c does not support HDR with the Xbox One S. There will be no firmware update to support this. Also..the HDR that this tv displays isn't true HDR in the first place. I've Included a picture as you what it says when the Xbox One S is hooked up. The Tv also doesn't support 24p bluray playback.

In the few months that I've owned this mouse..I have never gotten it to work with any game not even once. Even games with Controller support on steam or windows 10..it does not work period.

I bought this mouse because on of my buddies was using it to play Call of Duty and Battlefield on his Xbox one. I couldn't believe it only because Xbox doesn't support mice. So I couldn't believe it again when it worked! I don't know how or why..it does. There's only 2 keyboards that will work the Xbox but I'll save that for another day.

The claims of a new textured grip is debatable. You can barely feel it. I mainly bought this for PC gaming because the Xbox one's menu is so slow it makes me not want to play the thing. This controller is virtually identical to the original. But whatever it will do. The PS4 controller is still the best controller around.

I'm always getting the newest phone. Whether it's the Newest iPhone or Android. I always switch back and forth through out the year. The 6p destroys all other phone in terms or speed, call quality, screen resolution, and the camera is almost perfect. Oh and guess what? You don't have to reload apps every time they are in the background like on other Android phones which is a major plus. The camera takes gorgeous pictures that are on par with DSLR or Micro 4/3's cameras. The 4K video you can take with this thing rivals the Panasonic GH4. Yes it's that good. This phone is lightning quick and does knock the socks off of any Apple phone to date. I will be getting the S7 then the iPhone 7. But if I wasn't, this phone would last me a good two years easy. Good job Google and Hauwei. This phone is a 9.9 out of 10. Yes it does work with Boost Mobile if anyone was wondering.

It's so slow.

This is a Roku 1 with the SE name. The slowness of this Roku makes it virtually unusable. The 2015 Roku 2, Roku 3 blow this cheap junk out of the water. The new Roku 4 which is huge compared to other Rokus, is even faster. Spend the extra money and get at least a new Roku 2 or you'll be sitting around waiting for things to load. Also the WiFi on this SE is terrible and everything keeps buffering for ever and I have MaXx internet speed.

Can someone list the brands of the components, or is there a list somewhere? SSD, Video Card, ram, HD, mobo, etc.
The video card in this baby is an Nvidia 1060 6gb which is great. It's not EVGA or some off brand.

how do you change the colors of the leds?
You can only change the front single led using included software.

Is it possible to change out the i5-6400 with an i7-6700k?
Sure it's possible. But why would you? The included power supply can't handle the load. You would need a corsair 750w power supply.

I want to buy this TV and I hear that a firmware update will be released late September to allow hdr via hdmi. Well its late September, has the update been released? Does hdr work via hdmi? Will I be able to get hdr content on my Xbox One S?
Hisense did not release the firmware as promised. It was supposed to be in September sometime. There was a delay which led to them saying the end of September. I contacted Hisense today and they said this h8c series tv's along with h7c series are incompatible with the Xbox One S HDR mode. The HDR on the Xbox one S is 10bit and this tv only has 8bit. No HDR for us Xbox One S users. The HDR on this tv isn't True HDR anyways because the TV can't get to the proper brightness level to achieve true HDR. Also the 50h8c input lag is 141ms when in game mode and that's horrible for gaming.

To get the clearest, sharpest picture, what would be the optimal cables to use. Currently using an HDMI 1.3.
All HDMI cables are the same. Don't let someone tell you otherwise. You don't need a HDMI 2.0 cable as all HDMI cables all the same. Buy a cheap five dollar cable on Amazon and you're good to go. Never let Best Buy suck you in to buying a hundred dollar cable that has the same picture quality as the five dollar one.

What are the differences between Rokus 1,2,3 players and AppleTV player besides the fact of begin able to have iTunes?
I have the new Apple TV and only use it for AirPlay. I have this price of junk Roku SE, the amazing 2015 Roku 2 and the incredible Roku 4. Rokus have more apps, better apps, faster apps. The Apple TV is just boring as of now because there's not a lot of content. Get at least a new Roku 2.

Is this Roku wifi only?
I bought the Roku stick and returned it the same day. I have great high speed internet service, but spent more time looking at "loading" and "buffering" screens than I spent watching actual content. My cable internet is more than fast enough, but have found wifi streaming to be a nightmare.

You'll have the same problems with this Roku because of its slow processor. At least get a 2015 Roku 2. Very little buffering and loading. The new Roku 4 had no buffering or loading at all its crazy.

Does Roku SE support TWC
The standard Roku supports the Time Warner Cable application to allow you to stream your TWC programs. Does the Roku SE model support TWC streaming?
Yes it has the twc TV app but its so slow changing and loading channels that's its almost unusable. Having the Roku 4 is like having another cable box. Hmm. I think my Roku 4 is faster than my cable box.

Yes but its so slow you'll lose your mind.
