bought coffee maker July 2015. K cup side worked OK, my wife managed to get coffee all over the counter and floor using it.. Now the machine leaks water all over the counter while brewing. I take it back to Best Buy and guess what, it's been more than 30 days and I have to deal with the manufacturer now. It's Saturday, and they are closed. Guess where I'm NOT buying my next coffee maker. I spent almost a hundred bucks for the frigging thing.

camera fits on HP flat screen monitor. recption was good on incoming calls
What's great about it: easy to follow directions
What's not so great: nothing

it leaks continued

continuance to this friggin machine. on Monday I called customer care to get a replacement . They we're nice enough, but the nice girl on the phone says to me that I need to spend more money (it was I think $24.00 to pay the postage for them to replace the machine. ARE you friggin kidding me? oh, it gets better. Now I need to cut the power cord and take a picture of it from my phone and send it to them and they will issue me a replacement that will take about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Thank god we went to Penny's and bought a cheappie for 24 bucks. I got the replacement today. My wife works foe the home depot, she said that if I had bought it there they would have just replaced it straight away.. now that is customer service.
