This was a replacement straightener since mine just broke as of yesterday. So far this is up to par. I love the LED temp. gage. It heats up fast and even comes with the bag to put it in without having to let it sit out and cool down. Great for on the go! Overall its a great straightener for the price.
What's great about it: Heats up really fast!
What's not so great: Has a little weight to it, but overall its great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this product, and It keeps on pulling my hair. I had to straighten it very slow so that I made sure that it wouldn't be pulling my hair. The good news is that it wasn't a replacement product. I thought that this was a better quality straightner for the price. Totally wrong! But I decided to keep my old straightner. This is the second Conair product I've had a complaint with...I don't recommend this product. BEWARE!

One when you straighten your hair you should be going slow. So of course if your going fast chances of you getting your hair stuck in the plate is very high. This straightener has different temps which is awesome. That's a great feature to have compared to some of the other brands that does not give you a temp. option.
