Only @ Best Buy Tune into free HDTV with this ultra-thin antenna. It receives 1080i and 720p HDTV signals thanks to its built-in UHF and VHF antennas, and a 5.5-foot coaxial cable lets you plug it straight into the back of your TV. Get the best signal by placing this ultra-thin antenna on a wall or standing it on your TV.
This product works great! I am able to consistently get channels that were iffy using amplified antennae with extendable rods and had cost about $50. I got this on sale for $30. Very light weight. When I want to reach distant channels I can easily place it in the closet door frame to improve reception. I'm glad I found something that worked for me.

Great sound

It was very easy to setup. Quality of the sound is great for our living room. Supposedly the best sound from a quality blue-ray player should be transmitted over HDMI to the speaker. I am passing the sound from the blue-ray and directv through the TV and then using an optical cable to the speaker. It sounds great so I don't know how much I am really missing if anything. I do wish I could play a cd in the blue-ray player and not have to turn on the TV. Bluetooth is a nice feature. You can feel the sound if you crank it up but this tends to freak out the cat, lol. The remote is lame but I am getting used to it. Awesome value for $300.

I use this with the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014. It is more comfortable than the original which was too small for my hand. I did not notice any difference in the sensitivity; I do have a Zagg screen protector installed. The lack of an eraser, as commented in other reviews, isn't an issue on my Note because the erasing feature is managed via the software.

It was easy to setup as the default for camera storage and music. I have had no problems with this card. It was a great price, approximately $30, for 32GB.

I really like the memory upgrade capability and ability to replace battery if needed. I added a 32GB Sandisk SDHC for $29 and got the phone for $99. These prices are a steal! Camera could be a little better but is still good for a phone camera. The screen is great and easy to read.
What's great about it: The ability to multitask.
What's not so great: Slight learning curve when moving from iPhone.

great flash
Byougrad2006fromDetroit, MI
This was my first external flash purchase. I bought it to photograph a friend's wedding. I love it and have used it a lot since. Its easy to use and took a lot of photos on the batteries. I highly recommend using rechargeable though so save on cost of batteries.

Not sure what you mean about more options but you may want to try the Nikon SC-29 cable (~$30) to allow you to place it off camera.

Save your money for speeding tickets
ByGogogadget1
I got this radar a few months ago and I'm totally disappointed. For what this thing cost me I expected it to perform a lot better than it does. It picks up maybe 1 out of 10 cops. Most of the cops that it picks up are local cops. I never had it beep on the parkway or turnpike as to that's if anything is where I would speed a little bit. I saw 4 cops on the side of the parkway today and this thing didn't make one chirp. I would have been nailed a hundred times already if I were speeding with this thing in my window. I got so fed up with it I ripped it off my windshield and threw it in my back seat. Havnt seen or heard it since.

Was the radar or laser on?
October 27, 2013
These things usually work when there is a signal. I have an old Cobra and usually get a signal when I am stopped. I did not once when I past a sheriff because he probably didn't need radar when I past him at about 85mph. He didn't need radar because he was going about 80mph; I thought he was busy going to lunch or something. Fortunately he gave a warning and wrote 77mph on it; I pulled over in front of the 65mph speed limit sign too. He said I wouldn't need the detector if I didn't speed but I really wanted the Safety Alert feature after an ambulance came up on me in the wrong lane on an overpass.

Suffers in comparison

I have been a long time detector user. My last two were Valentine Ones. They work very well, but were not very robust. If you use the suction cup mounting at some point they will fail and the detector will fall. Bam. A busted 500 bucks. It doesn't matter what detector you use, the suction cups will fail. I bought the Escort as a replacement hoping it would be more rugged. But the trade off is apparent. On a long road trip, using the AUTO setting as recommended, I did not receive any preliminary warnings. Each time it announced a detection it was at the slam the brakes look around level. I am used to the detection being gradually increasing, especially for stationary broadcast points like door openers. But I didn't get that. I also missed the direction indication. Knowing whether you are being overtaken or approaching is pretty useful. What I do like, though, is the GPS function that indicates speed cameras. That is pretty sweet. The cups haven't failed yet, it's only been a month, so I don't know if the unit is more robust than the Valentine One, but it is definitely not what I have come to expect from a detector.

Valentine Ones good

I use a Cobra that is at least 7 years old; paid about $100 for it back then. It works great for me but I keep it on highway (most sensitive) all the time. I usually accept all alerts as real. I have found police 2-3 miles away easily. I have been pulled over, but no radar was needed because I passed them at about 85 mph in a 65; I thought he was going to lunch or something; he was doing about 70ish. He guesstimated the speed at the low side so there is no argument. Anyways, the daughter gave mom a Valentine 1, and she doesn't even speed. I love the directional info and counts it provides but sometimes feel the detection technology isn't as good, just a feeling. I wish V1 would let other companies licensee aspect of their detectors; that part is awesome. I know I'm comparing Apples to Nokias, but just agreeing with you. I do wish I could splurge on this Passport though.

Got a ticket within a week while using it.
ByJustJoshuafromJacksonville, FL
Spent 500 on this and kinda expected the world. I guess it's my fault for relying on it - but bottom line is it's my responsibility to be a good driver. This WILL NOT alert you of laser in the area - only after it has hit you - and then it's too late. Best case scenario is that you can slow a few mph to avoid a bigger fine.
I recommend using it IN CONJUNCTION with being a cautious driver.

Luck on laser detection
October 22, 2014
My laser detector has gone off less than 10 times over 7 years. Half of those I found the operator so I might have just been lucky catching a stray signal when they were aiming or some type of reflection off the intended target.
The UltraBright Data Display of this Cobra SPX5300 detector uses band-identification icons to visually notify you when a band is detected. Xtreme Range Superheterodyne and LaserEye technologies offer a wide detection range.
