I am a full time RV'er. I purchased this booster due to poor signals in remote places where I travel. I initially had problems but tech support bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied with the booster. I did replace the outside antenna with #311125 800/1900 which did the trick. In the area where I was getting 1 to 2 bars of 3g, with the booster I now get 4 bars of 4g. I am very pleased with my purchase and a big thank you to Weboost tech support.
