Nice, but where's the light and too many smudges

We bought this microwave online, after seeing it (not plugged in) at the store. We were shocked to realize that there was no light when you open the door. The grill feature is something we should read on, but we don't find it useful, since we just use it to defrost and heat up food. Maybe, it is a great feature. Also noticed it smudges with finger marks easily. Always having to clean the front isn't practical.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
