Bugs inside my TV! Protection Plan does not cover

I bought the UN65KS9000FXZA model of this same TV 8 months ago. I recently noticed 2 tiny dark spots in the center of screen while i was cleaning the screen. I could not make out what it was because i could not see well from up close. And you can't almost distinguish them from more than 4 feet away. It was inside the panel and I could not remove it. When I called the Geek Squad (I spent $699 on a 5 year protection plan), they found that they were bugs/flies. The tech called the mega center and they told me that they were going to order the part and scheduled a follow up vist. When I called Best Buy to follow up on the status a few days later, it turned out they cancelled the order (without even notifying me) because they say that Best Buy or the manufacturer does not cover insect infestation!! These bugs could have been there ever since I bought the TV and now I'm stuck with a $3199 TV that I purchased 8 months ago. If a bug finds a way to fly inside a panel that is supposed to be sealed then that's a manufacturer problem, not a customer problem. On top of this, while speaking with Geek Squad tech he told me If I thought that "they were stupid", that he's been "a tech for 30 years and he knows this is the customer's fault", and that I "have lost this battle". Shame on Best Buy for employing these douches and losers. Never ever again will I buy something from you.
