I purchaced this to upgrade the memory of my laptop from 6GB to 8GB. It was very easy to install. The performance and speed is great.
What's great about it: Easy to install and great speed.

Quiet and comfortable.

I purchased two of these. One for a 15.6" laptop and one for a 17" laptop. They are very quiet and keep the laptops safe from over heating.
What's great about it: Quiet operation and comfortable on your lap.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What software is recommended to convert CDs to a MP3 format?

If you are using windows operating system on your computer you can use windows media player to rip the cd in MP3 or other formats that you choose. The rip converts and copies the music to your computer. I purchased Roxio Media Creator which works great, but if you already have windows media player it works just fine.

can i tune into the radio on the ipod touch?

The ipod touch dose not have a radio receiver. You can download the free iheart radio app to listen to radio stations. It works great and it is free.
