What a great little scanner!
And by little, I mean it literally. It weighs only about 3 pounds! Making it light and portable, and perfect for work or personal use, or both.
This scanner can scan both sides of a sheet at one time, comes equipped with a dedicated ID card holder useful for scanning credit cards or business cards, and comes with the Nuance Power PDF software (which I will expand on later).
For years, I’ve been meaning to scan 100’s of business cards I have been collecting over the years, but I never had a convenient way to do so. This scanned allowed me to scan them all effortlessly at a rate of about 25 per minute. I also plan on scanning all my utility bills that I keep as paper copies of so I can free up storage at home.
One of the greatest features of this scanner is that it comes with Nuance Power PDF software. This software allows users to edit scanned documents, and arrange the pages as necessary. It also enables users to convert PDFs or scanned documents into editable formats. Super useful when you don’t have the original document at your disposal.
Overall, this scanner will help me free up some storage at home, and I will likely get one for work use as I am a small business owner and the utility is endless.

An air fryer and a pressure cooker rolled into one! There is nothing on market quite like this. This gadget saves you time and energy on cooking.
My favorite part of the Foodi is the fact that you can go from frozen meat to cooked so fast! As a busy individual, I always cook my meals last minute, often preparing them minutes before dinner time. This limits what I can eat since defrosting meat is out of the question. With the Foodi, there is no defrosting required which is a life saver! I put some frozen steaks straight out of my freezer in, and within 20 minutes, they were cooked to perfection!
The air fryer is perfect for making foods healthier. It is ideal for making French fries or chicken tenders (or anything you like crispy). It uses no oil and the food comes out super crispy and not soggy at all. It’s amazing! And with so much less fat and no oil splatter. This makes healthy cooking a breeze!
One other great feature of the Foodi is that it has timers and multiple temperature settings. So, you can just put the food in and forget about it until the food is done!
Clean up is also a breeze. The inside is lined with a non-stick coating. Also, for meals cooked in the Foodi, there is only ever 1 dish to wash. And the greatest part is that it is dishwasher friendly. Easiest meals ever!
I really appreciated the recipe book included to get me started on melas to cook and the ways to use this device. Now, I can adapt these recipes to my choosing and come up with new ones now that I know the functionality of the device.
The Foodi also has an automatic functionality to stay warm for 12 hours. Super useful if I want my food to be ready and warm when I cook it when I am not home.
Overall, I love this gadget! This replaces so many of my other kitchen devices (and gives me one which I’ve always wanted - an air fryer). This saves me the counter space of multiple kitchen appliances. The meals are easy, healthier, and delicious, and the possibilities are endless!

The Sharp .5 Cu.Ft. Superheated Steam Counter Top Oven is a great oven. The stainless steel finish is both modern looking and will blend in well with your kitchen décor. The oven is super versatile and can accomplish many things such as broiling, grilling, baking, reheating, toasting and just plain warming food. For you pizza lovers, the oven also has a pizza setting. This oven features an easy to clean non-stick interior and slide-out crumb tray. Standard inclusion with this oven is a bake pan as well as a broiler rack. The oven is weighty and comes in at around 35 pounds which is a good thing, as accidental movement or tipping on your counter-top is highly unlikely. The product is backed by a 12 month warranty which is pretty standard.
Upon my initial use of this oven, I did smell a slight odor. Be warned that many new toasters and ovens suffer from this malady as the appliances when shipped have a coating on the heating elements. They all tend to give off some odor during the initial usage phase but it quickly dissipates. Maximum temperature of the oven is 485 degrees which is a combination of heat and superheated steam.

What's really nice about this oven is that you can cook two trays of food simultaneously. NICE! Try that in a regular old type oven. The Sharp oven uses a new technology which is supposed to make your food taste better. It uses a heat and steam combination to cook your food. I did some frozen pizza in this oven and was pleasantly surprised, as the taste was better than a conventional oven. Also, I did make some homemade muffins. The verdict on the muffins, "superior moisture", softer than usual and tasty. It's worth mentioning that I always use the same recipe with exactly the same ingredients. So the superior taste in my opinion was a direct result of both the steam cooking and radiant heat. It's worth noting that when you open the door to the oven steam does escape (which is normal), so you should be careful not to burn yourself.
Overall the Sharp oven did a better job than my standard toaster oven. I would certainly think this was due to the steam production of this unit. This oven will make a great gift as far as giving or receiving one. Put it on your gift list. Overall, I'm highly impressed with this great product. Great product!

High Flying (Anafi) Parrot

The ANAFI Parrot is my first experience when it comes to drone ownership. Hands down the greatest fear of ownership is the fear of crashing or losing it. Being brutally honest, I was absolutely scared senseless because of this. I had fears of crashing the Anafi within seconds of lift-off and being left with an expensive and cool looking "paperweight". I actually had the drone for five days before I mustered up enough nerve to venture outside with it for a test flight. Today being the fifth day, I finally ventured out and took it for a ride. I would suggest that all first time drone users take their drones to a large empty field in order to have lots of space. Let me put you at ease, as flying the Anafi drone was super easy. I was never ever close to losing control of it, and or crashing it. The controller has a take-off and landing button which when pressed automatically launches your drone to a height of 3 feet or will safely land it. Easy and mistake proof. The drone will hover their until you give it directions to fly, i.e. up, down, left right, etc. I guarantee if you take it slowly, you will have a great time flying it. I would read the online manual thoroughly and become familiar with the joy stick/toggle switches and their functions. I took pictures of the controls from the online manual, so that I would have them for a quick reference. Literally, I was flying the drone within 5 to 10 seconds with no problems, so I am pretty confident that if I could do it, you could also.
The drone seems very well made and its shape reminded me of an insect. It is marketed with its own semi-hard carrying case. The quick start guide has picture illustrations which indicate the needed steps will get your drone operational. Even with this guide, I did not feel at ease in the use and operation of the drone until I read the manual.
A quick note regarding the WIFI password. It's located on the inside cover of the semi-hard drone carrying case.
Pros:
Easy to fly and pretty much so stays were it hovers (drift is not a problem)
Drone seems to be built with quality in mind USB C port
Expandable memory
4K camera takes awesome video and pictures with the 21mp camera
Pretty decent battery life (25 minutes) The range of the drone is 2.5 miles, but I have no inkling of how to measure that claim.
Top speed of the drone is around 31 miles per hour.

The Anafi comes with a remote control unit. Its spring load clipping mechanism is meant to "cradle" and hold your phone. I found that I had to remove the Otterbox case from my IPhone 7 Plus, as the mechanism was not wide enough to hold my phone. I would suspect that many users will also have to remove their phone cases so that they can mount their phones onto the controller.
The supplied controller does not have a built in screen which means that you have to fly your drone by "visual sight". The controller toggle switches are not indicated with a picture or symbol (of what each toggle does) so if you are a first time user, you have absolutely no idea of what the toggle switches control. I feel that symbols should have been imbedded into the plastic for reference.

The Anafi drone took some video clips of the flights. I was very impressed with stabilization of the videos ad the overall quality was stunning. The Anafi has the capability of aiming the camera upwards towards the sky, which is a nice option. I found download of videos to be slow.
Overall, the Anafi was quite pleasing and easy to fly. Camera is real decent and won't disappoint. Definitely worth your attention.

Place it on a stand or shelf, or mount it to your wall for unobtrusive performance, and connect to other components wirelessly to keep unsightly cables out of your space. The purpose of the Sony SA-Z9R speakers are meant to be paired and used with the Sony HT-Z9F soundbar. They are not meant to be used with any other soundbar systems. The pair of speakers are pricey and tip the scales at $299.00 dollars. They are super compact. in size, easily fit on a bookcase and do not take up much space. When utilized with the soundbar, they offer so much more sound to the overall picture. They really add a lot to your listening pleasure. These speakers don't supply base, so don't expect to be "rocked" by them on this front. These speakers paired immediately with the Sony soundbar. Overall these little giants complement your Sony soundbars in a big way. If money is no object, purchase these add on speakers. Sony has another winner on their hands. Another great Sony product!

The Sony HT-Z9F soundbard is an awesome experience. It will surround and encapsulate you in amazing musical sounds like no other. The HT-Z9F offers Vertical Sound which if you have not experienced breaks the sound mold which everyone has been accustomed to. The HT-Z9F differs from other soundbars as it creates the illusion of height and a wide open space. This soundbar is not reliant on your living room ceiling space (or the lack thereof) to create the Vertical Sound effect. The Vertical Sound capability in a nutshell is very SPACIOUS sounding. Super pleasing to listen to. My soundbar is used for YouTube music videos, TV and watching movies.
Design wise, the HT-Z9F is neat, simple and pleasing to the eye. The soundbar is around 3 feet wide and has 3 drivers which are concealed by a metal grill. The soundbar has a solid feel to it and is weighty (a good thing). Interesting is the soundbar grill is held on via the use of magnets. I see no viable reasons why the grill is detachable. Is there a need to dust beneath the grill? The HT-Z9F comes stadard with a remote control. Yes, yet another remote to add to your table top. I am not getting into the specifications or capabilities of this soundbar, rather I am focusing on its sound. If you see one on display, put it through the paces while in the store. Go ahead and compare it. Sony is the one to buy.

The Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42-R5GT is a 15.6 inch Full HD display laptop computer marketed with an 8 GB RAM, 256 Solid State Drive (SSD), weighs just under 6 pounds and is a touch over 1 inch thick. The Nitro is preloaded with Windows 10, which is the newest Microsoft operating system which will need updating as soon as you power-up your new system. The update of the operating system went smoothly.
The supplied 8 GB of Ram is pretty standard for a newly configured laptops, and should be able to provide most consumers advanced multitasking options whereby enabling them to do several things simultaneously without any hick-ups. This is a nice capability if you are one of those users that tends to have several large programs open at the same time. This will also help you achieve smoother gaming as the Nitro has 6 cores and 12 processing capabilities. The Nitro 5 does not have a GTX1050 TI graphics card, so if this is a must for you, consider a different laptop choice.
The Nitro 5 laptop comes standard with a 256GB SSD which does not offer a plethora of storage, but you can always upgrade the system if you desire. The smaller storage capability was not a deal breaker for me, as I use online storage for my vast photo collections. Honestly speaking, I would rather have a SSD with no moving parts, which provides faster start ups and reduced heat production and power drain on the battery. If you have never experienced a start up with a SSD you are in for a surprise. SUPER FAST!
Inside the Nitro 5 is a AMD Radeon RX 560X graphics card backed with 4GB GDDR5 dedicated video memory which provides faster video memory and an advanced Graphics Processing Unit. This unit will supercharge your gaming experience. The laptop does not have a DVD/CD drive which makes the unit lighter and has a 4-cell lithium-ion battery. If you want this capability, you will have to purchase a separate unit.
I've used this laptop quite extensively after unpacking. I found that the laptop did not become hot after long periods of use, but it did become warm. It's performance easily handled my games with no problems.
The Nitro has HD Webcam to include a microphone meaning that you don't have to go out and purchase separately in order to use SKYPE or the WHATSAP. Having an available webcam definitely makes sense for a laptop. Also standard with this product is a media reader for transferring your photographs. It does support SD memory card formats.
The Nitro is a magnet for fingerprint oil. The trackpad or surface of the laptop does not show visible finger prints, but it does show the oil from your fingers and hands. I have another Nitro laptop which also suffers this symptom. The keyboard has a very solid feel to it, and I did not experience any flex or bending. The keyboard has the option of backlighting which is great, especially if you use your laptop in a dimly or darkened room. One note on the usage of this keyboard (backlighting in off position) is that I personally found it difficult to see letters and numbers on the keyboard even if there was sufficient lighting in the room. What that translates into is basically using a lit keyboard all the time.
The screen is matte and has very nice colors to it. Viewing angles are decent even if you are not sitting directly in back of the screen. No complaints at all.
The verdict on the Nitro 5? Nice laptop, superfast, great startup time, and overall decent performance for the budget conscious. Nice laptop. You should be very happy with this purchase.

Plug in and light up your outdoors. Simply plug in and connect to your existing Hue bridge to enjoy the 16 million colors available to enhance the beauty of your yard or create any ambiance you like. This base kit provides three light points and all cables/power supply you need to get started. Lily landscape spots are fully weatherproof. Hue bridge is not included.

The Philips Hue Lily Lights the way!

Let me start off by saying that I am avid gardener and consider myself an expert with the business of landscaping from A to Z. Enter the Philips Hue Lily Spot Base Kit. I was excited to add low voltage accent lighting to my garden, that was both energy efficient and cost effective to use.
I had been utilizing spot lights in my garden (or should I say "hardly" using them) because each of my spot light bulbs were at least 110 to 150 watts each. I was using 5 bulbs which was absolutely driving my electric bills skyward. The Lily Spot contains three 640 lumen spot lights which are 8 watts each. Guess what direction your electric bill will be headed in.
The supplied kit comes complete with everything you need for your garden install. Each spot light has a 5 meter cord, which translates into a15 foot reach. Fifteen feet of cord gives you a nice range of maneuvering your lights into that "exact" position. The kit has 3 spot lights, 3 cords, and a power supply, which is more than enough to light up a pretty good sized area.
You will need a Hue Bridge to control and operate these lights, which is clearly indicated on the product box. This product allows you to change the colors of your spot lights into an infinite number of colors. You can operate these spot lights without a Hue Bridge, but you will have to manually plug and unplug the power supply when you wish to operate the lights. Also, you will not be able to fully appreciate the amazing array of colors these lights are capable of unless you have the Hue Bridge. The Hugh Bridge is an absolute must. If you don't have one, you have to purchase one.
A few words on feel of the spot lights, power supply, and extensions. The spot lights have a solid feel and give me the impression that water will not penetrate the housing unit. The power unit seems well sealed and the supplied power cords seem to be manufactured to superior standards capable of lasting many years.
Be prepared to update your Hugh Bridge software when your link this product, otherwise your Hugh Bridge will not operate your Spot Lights. My software update time lasted around 1 1/2 hours.
I believe that the owners manual should have be more comprehensive and detailed. You all know the type, i.e. connect part "A" with "C" for example would be helpful to those consumers who have 2 "left hands".
After my installation of the system, we had approximately an inch of rain. Good news, as the system worked perfectly during and after the rain storm. So far no complaints concerning using the item in a wet area.
Each Lily Spot light throws a decent amount of light. You will be able to easily "light accent" areas in your garden with beautiful color combinations. I'm sure your going to be the envy of your neighbors once you position, bury the extension cables, and power up your new Philips Hue Lily. Get ready to light up your life!

It was time to upgrade my current receiver and speaker system which I had been utilizing for the last couple of years. Enter the very compact Denon RCD M41. I was immediately impressed with the overall compactness and quality of the CD/Receiver. The receiver is weighty (in a good way) and feels rock solid. No way this unit will vibrate off your shelving when playing. The CD mechanism has a quality feel and does not give you that flimsy or cheap feel. I believe the Denon will stand the test of time. The Denon speakers are compact and are a good match when coupled with the small sized receiver. The unit as a whole looks great and is a very welcomed addition.
The sound from the speakers you may ask? Very decent sounding. They will easily fill a room with concert level decibels, and overall the speakers have a very natural balance of both bass and treble. The speakers do not sound tinny. These compact speakers easily generated enough sound to fill my living/dining room (dimensions are 40 feet by 26 feet) and was very pleasing to listen to. The receiver quickly paired with my iPhone 7 plus, and I was able to bluetooth music through the Denon. You should have no problems with the pairing process. Super easy.

What makes this product really pleasant is that it can be operated via the supplied remote control, or by manually using the buttons on the receiver. This is the first stereo product that this household owns which can be operated from your couch. This is a very nice touch. Make room on your table for yet another remote.
For those enthusiasts that have a turntable and those long playing (LP) records (I personally have over 500 albums), you are unable to plug your turntable RCA plugs into this receiver, meaning your out of luck. Denon does not offer turntable inputs, which translates into not being able to play my LP's. The consumer will have to decide up whether or not this is a deal-breaker for them, but I would imagine that most people have CD collections instead of LP albums.
Overall, I am very pleased with the Denon RCD M41. The overall sound quality will satisfy most consumers. If you're an average consumer looking for a decent compact space saving system look no further. You should be quite happy with this product. This Denon product is on my recommended list.

This monitor has an adjustable stand which enables the user to position it in virtually any position that you need so that you can catch the exact viewing angle. It adjusts both up and down, it can tilt and much more. As with most monitors, adjusting it to the best viewing angle is paramount, otherwise what you wind up with are colors that lackluster and are not clear. This monitor comes with a 3 year warranty, and Predator Premium Service included. This service has dedicated support personnel which if you need technical support, or have questions will take care of you. I personally tried calling this service, and the phone was immediately answered.
There are a lot of things that I can get into with regards to performance and specifications, but I believe that most "Gamers" know the ins and outs". Many games on the market need very high frame rates and this particular monitor will not disappoint in this area. The unit operated smoothly with no stuttering. My monitor was coupled with a HP Omen AMD Ryzen 5 series gaming tower. I had nothing but smooth sailing with all of the games I utilized for testing purposes and the results were always awesome.

One thing that I feel compelled to say, is that this monitor is for "Gamers". If you consider this monitor for regular everyday use, with no intended gaming, you're probably overspending and underutilizing the capabilities of this product. Please be aware that this is a high end gaming monitor.You may be asking yourselves, is it worth it. Gamers say yes, hands down. High on the recommended list.

Purchased this lens about 18 months ago for my Nikon D7000. Lens is very fast with focusing, and takes great shots. It has never disappointed me. Great for wildlife, zoos, everglades, sports events, etc. Buy it!

The Acer Tablet is an absolute delight. This is my fist experience with a tablet and what a nice surprise. My whole family doesn't want to put it down! The processor is fast, doesn't get hot even after extended periods of use and does most everything my home computer does. The tablet keyboard is very responsive and has a great feel to it. So far battery life has been amazing. Lots of use with SKYPE, emails, and internet browsing and battery life indicates plenty of charge. Having a great battery life will make you very happy. The tablet is very lightweight and has a great color display. The Acer tablet is very simple to operate, which is another plus. I am totally satisfied and very happy to own this product. This is an overall great tablet. Buy one.

I have to honestly put some updates to my review of this item. One or two days after the posting of my review this tablet become inoperable. Acer customer service had me factory reset this tablet. That option did not solve the problem. I had to ship this tablet back to Acer for repair. Tablet was received back from repair and the tablet once again is is need of repair after 6 days of use. Tablet has a sluggish response time, does not respond to Google search normally, stumbles when switching programs, and the list goes on. Asked Acer to replace this detective unit, as their customer service wants me to send it in for repairs once again! This unit has no reliability and consumers should be very careful. What an inconvenience as this tablet has less than three weeks use on it and now needs another repair. My five star rating of this unit should be changed to one star. The only positive for this tablet is battery life. I am very, very disappointed with this unit.

Our home is a coffee drinkers paradise, so the receipt of the DeLonghi was highly anticipated and welcomed. This household consumes at least 16 cups of coffee per day, which does not include the consumption of Cuban Coffee (Turkish/Greek Coffee as others call it) which is currently brewed through non-conventional means. What is meant by that is that Cuban/Turkish/Greek Coffee is not made with a specialty "coffee maker".
The DeLonghi is designed for the brewing of a variety of coffee-based beverages such as American Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Lattes, Hot Chocolate, as well as Cuban/Turkish and Greek coffees. It's cappuccino system easily prepares perfectly frothed coffee, and its 24-hour programmable timer lets you make up to 10 cups of your favorite brew on your personalized schedule. Great news for those users that like the option of using and brewing specialized coffees with ESE pods, as this machines allows for the use of them.
The DeLonghi has a quite a few niceties (some of which I will mention here, and others later on in my review), such as auto shut-off which promotes safe operation. This feature will turn your machine off after 2 hours. The unit has water filtration which helps you achieve that perfect cup of coffee. Also standard with this unit is a cup warmer. NICE touch!
This unit has a removable water tank which allows for easy refilling for when making Espresso, Cappuccino, Cuban, and Greek/Turkish coffee. Just detach the water tank and fill it underneath your kitchen sink faucet. YES! It should be noted the the drip coffee maker has a separate water supply which is not removable. This means that you have to fill the water tank by adding water via a pull out assembly that harbors that coffee filter housing. Noteworthy is the fact that the DeLonghi does not have that "plastic smell " which is almost always present in new coffee makers. Thank Goodness! A word concerning the coffee filter. The unit comes with a permanent metal mesh filter, meaning that you can throw out your paper filters! No more fumbling at 6:00 am trying to separate a paper coffee filter from that multi-pack! There is a removable drip tray keeps your counter tops nice and clean.The drip tray has a hidden "float" and when the water level get too high, the "tip" of the float sticks out through the grill which alerts you to spill out the excess water. This is very cool. This unit also comes with a cup warming surface located on-top of the machine. This is real nice, as many coffee drinkers are located in cold climates and the extra hand warmth feels nice.
The Delonghi comes with a professional style filter holders, both small and large. The filter holder has a very tight fit when attached to the unit. This is a must, as your Espresso and Cappuccinos are brewed under pressure. You certainly don't want a loose fit when brewing your favorites. A word about brewing American Coffee. The DeLonghi has a setting 1- 4 cups which allows for the slow brewing of your coffee. This setting allows the water to slowly be dripped onto the coffee grounds making for stronger coffee. If you have never had a unit with this option, you are in for a treat as they really work. I am not going to provide a review as to the taste of the coffee, lattes, etc as every ones taste is personal. The DeLonghi worked as advertised, and there are no complaints here. Enjoy your coffee.

I would like to add a footnote to my review, as I originally stated that I was not going to comment on the taste of the brewed coffee. I really feel that it would be a disservice if I didn't comment on the DeLonghi's cappuccinos. My entire family is now so hooked on cappuccinos. The frothiness, the creaminess, and the overall flavor is absolutely amazing (even without the milk). Much better than store bought! DeLonghi has done a great job with this machine. So very happy to own this unit. Thanks.

I just recently purchased this Webcam, and I am running windows 10. I just booted up my computer, and plugged the camera in. Windows 10 did the rest. I did not have to download any drivers which worked out just great. Hope this helps you.

What webcam with adjustable focus do you have that would be compatible with windows 2000?
I know that this Webcam will run on Vista, Windows 7, Windows, 8 and Windows 10. I am not positive but if the Windows 2000 is somewhere between the range of the above operating systems it should work. You might also be able to contact Logitech.com for a more definitive answer. I do hope that this helps you.
