I wanted a Keurig style machine but not at Keurig prices. I checked other reviews and decided to give this a try. So far I have not been disappointed. Using k-cups the machine is simplicity, just pop in the pod, push down and turn on. You can adjust the strength by adding more or less water. I found a dark roast makes a nice cup of strong coffee. Using the included mesh filter you can use your own favorite coffee and again make it as strong as you want. Using the filter is easy but I found you need to make sure the tray holder is properly in place to avoid some dribbling from the side as the machine finishes its cycle. The auto switch off function is good.
Overall I think this is a good machine for the price.

I wanted a wireless printer to enable me to print from my Chromebook. This HP printer seemed to fit the bill and it was a great price at Bestbuy. The sales person answered my questions in store and I decided to give it a try. The initial set up of the printer (unpacking, inserting supplied cartridges etc) was easy. Connecting power and finding my router went well, and then it was a question of connecting up the printer to the internet and linking my Chromebook. The first problem was the printer asks for your WPA code. In fact it wanted the internet access password. I found this out by going to the HP website. A simple point but it could have been made clearer. You then needed to set up a HP account, again a trip to the HP website and it printed a code that has to be entered. That went well although at the time I felt I was going in circles - probably just me but it could have been made clearer. I then was able to link my Chrome book and printed a few test pages. The results were very good. The printer is really quiet and delivers good quality print, on both sides if needed.
So the printer WILL print from a Chromebook via Google Cloud Print. The set up process is reasonably straight forward but the instructions could be clearer. The print quality is good. Overall this is a good wireless printer at a good price.

Stunning performance, Brilliant display, The Best

My old Samsung Chromebook1 had developed a screen problem and so I decided to upgrade rather than get a repair. I checked all the Best Buy reviews, plus You Tube and other sources. I then went to Best Buy to do some hands on testing and this left me in no doubt the Toshiba Chromebook 2 was the one to get. So out of the box, after switching on it went through an initial start up cycle. This seemed to not be doing much so after a few minutes I shut down and restarted. This time it immediately booted up and after signing in all my account details favourites etc were synched and it was ready to go. There were then 2 quick software updates and being Chrome this took no time at all. The pace of this machine is incredible. It is very very fast. The keyboard has a good feel to it and the trackpad is very responsive. The display is incredible.I loaded up Crackle and watched a movie which gave a good illustration of the screen's capabilities. The sound was exceptional with good tones and not at all tinny. I had read about the highest screen resolution giving small characters but I didn't have a problem with the size. You can lower the resolution to the 1536 setting and this does increase the size.
Without doubt this is a really good machine and I have found that anything I need to do, spreadsheets, documents, etc I have been able to do.
Chromebooks have plenty of good things going for them, and I would recommend the Toshiba Chromebook 2 to anybody that is thinking about change.

My existing Tracfone needed updating/upgrading and seeing this latest Android phone I decided to give it a try. I wanted to port my existing number and minutes over to the new phone and this was really easy. If you are worried by this process then don't be - it is simple. Follow the instructions and the transfer process took less than an hour for the new phone to become active. My minutes were carried over and I was given the same value in texts and data - really good deal by Tracfone. After the phone was activated it went through a series of updates (after linking in to my wifi) and in no time all my Google data, contacts etc, etc were available. I tried to load the recommended Tracfone Account Manager app but this simply would not install. I have decided not to worry about it and can access available minutes/service plan expiry via the Tracfone website. As a phone it is very good with a strong signal and clear speech. Using it as a smart phone it is very quick and so far has given no problems. It comes with good onboard storage with the supplied micro sd card. Screen clarity is good. Overall I am very pleased with the phone and with Tracfone.

Great tv for a low price

I wanted a larger size tv that would be suitable for watching sports so it was important that a good refresh rate was part of the tv spec. I watched the demo in store and was pleased with the picture quality and that it handled fast moving pictures without blurring. The store clerk couldn't access the tv remote so I couldn't hear the tv sound but, being pleased with what I had seen was happy to take a chance.
Getting the tv home wasn't a problem and unpacking was easy. Fixing the stand to the tv was awkward as the screws have to go into quite deep holes and I kept on dropping them which meant they had to be teased out of the tv for refitting. Frustrating but eventually succeeded.
After connecting up the HD box and dvd player which was easy it was just then a question of adjusting picture and sound to personal taste and that was easily done.
So overall I am very pleased with the tv and would recommend it to anyone who wants a larger size tv at a low price.

Got a couple of these on sale at Bestbuy. They work well and are fast. I found the slide a bit fiddly but apart from that they do what they say on the tin.

Great value and versatile

My ageing laptop was dying and I had read reviews of the Chromebook. I then did an analysis of my current laptop usage. I no longer needed a big number cruncher or presentation type laptop. I did need portability, internet access, the ability to work smallish spreadsheets, and watch occasional films etc. I prepared some test files on a memory stick and went to Bestbuy to try some hands on tests. The helpful assistant took me through the Chromebook and I was able to load my test spreadsheets, look at pictures, and watch a film. The internet access was fast. What I really liked was the speed of start up. That convinced me and so I went for the more expensive (but better looking) Samsung Chromebook. I do not regret this. It takes a bit of getting used to a non Windows based OS but once over this small hurdle there is no going back. I still use my Windows laptop for odd jobs and get frustrated with the slow start up and perpetual updates .
Sure there are a few quirks but overall for speed, ease of use, light to carry around and best of all price the Chromebook is worth giving it a try.

If you are a Fringe freak then you need to see the tv series again, as there is so much more than you catch first time round. This is the only tv series that I have collected and am amazed at the complexity of the story lines and what happens in the background when you are watching the main action.
What's great about it: Masses of extras
What's not so great: Packaging not as good as previous releases

I needed to upgrade my old GPS and as this Garmin came with map updates and a big screen I decided to buy it. I am pleased with the GPS so far. It was really easy to set up, acquired it's positional fix quickly and gives clear spoken directions. This plus a big screen display make this the best I have used.

I wanted a small hand held vac for picking up general bits and pieces rather than having to get out the large vac.
This vac does the job very well. It has good suction, particularly with the rubber nozzle attachment.
Has good battery life and has not let me down.
It would be good if it had a wall holder rather than just leaving on the counter top.
