Great watch for all activity tracking
on February 10, 2017

The reason why I purchased this watch is because it monitored all of my exercises like jogging, cycling, and weightlifting, plus it had a built in heart rate monitor. This in turn gave me a very accurate count in how much calories I was burring per activity.
Jogging: The heart rate monitor appears to be very accurate when I was out doing my 4 miles lap. It needs to be worn slightly tight above the wrist bone to ensure accuracy if your doing a vigorous exercise where there will be a lot of sweating. The HPM range difference was very noticeable when I was out of shape and then now. It is definitely not just throwing out random numbers. These live HPM update are very useful since it takes out the guessing game for you to maintain you target rate zone. Which is important to burn the most calories.
Other features of the watch: You can link it to your phone or computer via Bluetooth, and your information will automatically update with the Garmin Connect app. It is a smartwatch so if your phone is in range, emails, text, and phone calls will pop up on the watch. It also has GPS, so all of your activities will be tracked and saved without having to bring your phone along. Another feature is all of your daily steps are tracked and easily monitored by scrolling through the watch.
This watch and the Garmin Vivoactiv are very similar in features, except the later having a color touch screen. I like the forerunner 35 better because I think it is a nicer looking everyday watch and has a better value in my opinion.

Decent bang for your buck. This thing is definitely noticeably better then the stock TV speakers and it is not even close, not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. It works best in a bedroom setting, I would recommend something else if you have large living room. You should get the optical wire hookup to get the best digital sound. YouTube sounds great with the bluetooth option and you can feel the bass boom if you turn that function on. It also gives you 3 different simple EQ function to set the sound to your preference.

Fast, nice looking budget laptop
on December 19, 2015

While it is about $100 dollars more then the Lenovo, HP, and Asus low end model, I think that extra cost is more then worth it. Most of it is made of aluminum so it has a nice slim look, and doesn't feel plasticky cheap like the budget ones I just mention. It also has a nice Led screen, keyboard feels responsive, and has a fast corei3 processor. I also like that it only has a 14 inch screen, which is not too bulky and perfect for using it in a college class or while traveling. The touch screen alone is really why you should get this laptop. Also you can expect 5 hours of battery time.
Several cons:
It's slight heavier then the other ones, the tablet mode is useless too big, the raised edges around the laptop can also be annoying at first since you can feel it rubbing your palms, making it feel ruff. Since most of us have our palms arching when we are typing, it shouldn't be too much of a factor.

Works as advertised, this is a BestBuy!

I bought this unit and the Dynex charger just to compare the two. The PowerPro is by far a much more superior product. I tested it on my HTC one x and had been able to fully charged the phone 3 times before the PowerPro depleted itself. The first charge was when the phone had only 5% left, while the other two charges was when the phone had less then 20%. The charging time speed is virtually identical to a wall plugin charger. So if it takes you 5 hours to fully charge with a wall charger, then it would take you the same with the power pro.
This unit itself is very nice looking. Compact enough to fit in your pockets comfortably, while the width is half the size of a touch phone, it is thick as a digital camera. It weighs the same as my old Motorola Atrix 2 phone. This charger also has a built in LED bulb that can be use as a flashlight.
The PowerPro is perfect for smart phones without an external battery, or if you plan on being somewhere where power is not immediately available. Since it charges off a USB port, you could pretty much use it to charge anything that takes a USB, like a digital Camera, Mp3 player, Camcorder, etc.
What's great about it: Small, compact, light, powerful charger
What's not so great: Slow recharging for the unit

Good for emergency charging

So far I have tested it on two different android phones, both times I only managed to get around 50-70% re-charge before the Dynex unit dying. Keep in mind that both times the phone was still on, so the re-charge percentage might be slightly higher if the phone was shut off. How fast it re-charges the battery greatly depends on what kind of phone you have.
My HTC one x with an internal battery took around 4 hours to get a 60% recharge. The slow charge has more to do with my phone since it also takes long to charge with a wall plugin.
My Motorola Atrix 2 with an external battery took less then 2 hours to get a 50% recharge before the Dynex unit dying out.
Recharging this Dynex unit takes virtually the entire day to get it ready again, once it has been depleted. Your better off carrying a reserve battery if you have an external battery phone, although this might be a cheaper alternative. Highly recommend for those with an internal battery phone who wants to maintain their charge or use it as an emergency backup.
What's great about it: Light, pocket size
What's not so great: Recharging the Dynex Charger takes all day

Basic, Cheap, Gets the job done!

Type of Listener:Casual listener
Most Important to Purchase:Sound quality
How Often Used:3-5 times a week
Needed a portable speaker on my road bike and this was perfect. I took someone else suggestion here by drilling 4 holes on the battery cover and zip tying it to the handle bar. I'm currently using it with my old Motorola Atrix phone. The sound quality is good on full blast and very audible, despite strong wind and road noise when I'm out riding.
Not sure how friendly this unit is with battery life, so far I did 1.5 hours with their cheap included batteries with no problem. This unit doesn't have a volume control but I don't think it's a bad thing. My ILUV portable speakers with volume control has all kind of problems with sound distortion, if the volume is not properly adjusted once the batteries starts to drain. You won't have that problem with these dynex speakers, since your MP3 or phone will have sole volume control.
What's great about it: Portable, very light, nice color variations.
What's not so great: Very short extension cord.

Great Speaker for MP3 players

Speakers are small and very light, easily designed for you to move it around in the garage or backyard while your barbequing. I use it with my Sansa Fuze Mp3 player and it sounds great for a lower tier insignia brand speaker. Sounds better than my Altec lansing PC speakers. Plus, it's less than 20 bucks.
What's great about it: Cheap price great value
