So ive tried, sanza fuse, sony walkman. Only to find out im paying double the price to be able to load pictures on on the player. This does everything a Sony walkman or sansa fuze will do except the pictures. I had the walkman so i could put videos on it, then i found it doesnt support mp4. Same with the Fuze. Not to mention the Walkman is not expandable. The Sansa Clip can be expanded to whatever micro sd card you want, i believe they go to 32gb? I only bought a new one because i left mine laying on my garage floor and accidentally ran over it with my truck. And it still worked! The screen just didnt work anymore. Only thing i wish is that it had a longer battery life than 6 hours but that doesnt really matter since i plug it in to the usb port on my truck stereo and control it via that.
What's great about it: Sound quality, easy to use, small, durable. sd card expandable
What's not so great: Needs to be charged after about 6 hours of use
Rock out while you exercise with these JVC HAEBX5W clip-on headphones that feature rubber ear hooks and 3 sizes of silicone earpieces for a secure fit, plus a water-resistant design for durability. Sound isolation helps minimize unwanted external noise.
These are great, finally something that stays on my ears. The clips are very comfortable and i dont even notice they are there. i can run or jog and they stay! Sound quality is good but obviously not what you would get for something closer to $100.
What's great about it: Comfortable, they dont fall off
What's not so great: they dont have sound quality of $70 headphones

I had the original Sansa Clip 4bg from September 2008 - November 2011-Well i accidentally RAN OVER it with my truck. The plastic power slider button popped out and i have to use a screwdriver to turn it off/on, got tired of that so i bought this new one. I love the new color screen w/ clock and FM tuner recording feature. Now i hear a good song on the radio and hit record and i have new songs to hear, Transfer of songs from my was just done through windows media player. Love the micro SD slot on this new version, now my 4gb player is a 20gb player (I use a kensington brand micr0 sdhc 16gb card). I tried the 8gb fuze version and a Sony Walkman and realized i didnt need to play videos or look at pictures on my mp3 player. This thing is perfect. Clock/FM tuner W/recorder+voice recorder+i download a podcast from itunes by dragging from itunes and copying to my desktop then send to sansa clip 4gb. Nothing bad to say about this version sans mp3 player. I Think in 3-4 years if this doesnt break illjust buy the next version as it will have w/e i need that the future brings! VERY WELL MADE and DURABLE, just dont drive over it with a 2 ton truck.
What's great about it: Size, features, EASE OF USE!
What's not so great: It cant withstand being ran over by a 2 ton pickup truck?

Where are the directions
BypelicanguyfromWichita, KS
This unit comes with no directions. There is a quick start guide only. Spent 45 minutes searching the website for directions to learn how to use the FM tuner. Quick start directions basically tell you how to turn it on. There is no mention in them of changing modes. Was about to return unit to store when I thought of the web, then after another 45 minutes of searching found what I was looking for on the SanDisk website. Sound is ok, earphone plug-in has to be seated completely to get sound. Works fine for my purpose while working out, but needs an arm band strap so I don't have to clip to shirt.

Full manual is on the cd rom disk that comes with it, if you can figure that out Sansa has manuals to ALL their players on their website.
