I ordered this range on Black Friday. Due to its popularity, I didn't receive it until the first week of February. I've had it a little over a week now, and I'm not sure it was worth the wait.
Appearance: It looks just as good in my kitchen as it did in the store, except for the fit. There is a plate that's supposed to fill in the gap between the back of the range and the wall, but it only comes out about an inch, which isn't even far enough to overhang the bulges on the back of the oven, much less cover the gap to the wall. The back of the oven bulges run higher up than a lot of other ranges - in my case, it's higher than the gas valve, so there's another couple inches of rear clearance lost. If your gas valve isn't right at the floor, or you're not installing in an island with a lot of countertop between the range and the back of the island, you may have fit problems. I would not try replacing a freestanding range with this unit.
Build quality/durability: Controls feel solidly constructed. Burners and grates are heavy and feel durable, but the black coating on the grates wore down to bare metal in spots after the first time I flipped an egg. The oven racks are just a little oversized and tight to get in and out.
Functionality/usability: I love the power burner, but I hate that every single burner is a different size. If you're making three or four different things at once, you have to plan your moves ahead of time. The oven heats up pretty quickly, and the thermostat is reasonably accurate. (within 10 degrees @ 350, within 15 @ 500, 10 minutes post-preheat, convection off#. The split rack may come in handy one day, but I'd rather have gliding racks #especially at its MSRP#. It's good that it has a warming drawer, because the oven is overly-automated and hard to use for warming - if you turn the oven off, it automatically cools the oven using the fan and vent. In addition to wasting electricity, it's noisy and heats up the kitchen.
Overall: Despite my nitpicking, it's a decent range, but it's overpriced. There are better options in its normal price range. I paid just over half MSRP on Black Friday #thanks to a 10% off coupon) and for a slide-in it's competitive in that range, but there are still probably a few better choices unless you're in love with the LCD panel.
