Super Technology and Easy to Use

This microwave has a very clean design. I like the well thought out controls. It is a little different to use than most microwaves but ultimately is very simple and logical – tip of the cap to the Panasonic engineers. It is loaded with the latest technology in terms of sensor cooking by time or by weight. You can even set the microwave to keep food warm for a specified time – never had that option before and it is useful. It is a good idea to read the manual for all the operational procedures which I think will certainly make anyone delighted with the capabilities of this microwave. This microwave is a full 1200 watts which is unlike some of the under powered units. It has a beautiful stainless steel finish. It is in the medium size range at 1.4 cubic feet. The interior is a very nice non-stick surface.
A feature I never had before is the ability to link this microwave to Alexa. I have an Echo Dot and it is simple to add this device to the Alexa app on your phone. I have to admit that I now always use Alexa to command the microwave. You can just say “Alexa microwave for 2 minutes and ten seconds” or even “Alexa microwave power 5 for 47 seconds”. Like magic the microwave will start. Of course you can tell Alexa to stop the microwave at any time. The manufacturer provides a very nice and comprehensive manual, not just a start up guide. Also included is a card that lists lots of command suggestions that you can use with Alexa – I’ve referred to that several times and I keep it near the unit. You can control the microwave easily from the panel if you don’t want to use Alexa.
One odd thing is that the time of day display goes blank intentionally after a short period of time. There is a blurb in the manual about …’this is done to save energy’. I did not find a way to just keep the time of day on the display. It will return if you open the microwave door or press any of the controls. I would rather keep the time of day displayed – I don’t think it uses much energy, so the engineers goofed on this design point.
A very important design point is that this microwave uses inverter technology. This means the power is constant. This technology has proven to cook or defrost without removing some of the flavor. This is somewhat objective but it is logical that the inverter technology heats more evenly and smoothly. You might recall that when you defrost, you will hear the microwave turn off and on. So in the defrost process you achieve say 50% cooking power. But this really means it delivers 100% and then turns off an equal amount of time to effectively deliver only 50% power. When you defrost with this microwave or use 20% or 50% power or whatever; the microwave delivers the power constantly at the reduced power… there is no on and off cycling. What I can see in the industry is this is the top method and will turn out better tasting meals.
You can use the auto sensing that is built into the unit to cook or simply use the well thought out controls. All the operations are explained really well in the manual. I highly recommend this microwave for its capabilities including the ability to just tell Alexa to handle the settings – turns out Alexa is a wonderful option that I use all the time now.

Style and High Tech Function

The design of this thermostat is just gorgeous to look at and a wonder of functionality. You need to remove your old thermostat but take a photo of the wiring before you disconnect the wires. Then just download the Sensi app for your cell phone and it will guide you through the installation which is very easy to understand and perform. You will have to connect it wirelessly via 2.4 GHz as it does not support 5 GHz.
The programming of a temperature schedule is the easiest I have ever seen. You also have some additional settings for example to control how wide the temperature range can be for the on/off cycles.
The device also collects usage data so you can analyze and make adjustments to use your HVAC system more efficiency. Also data is provided on filter replacement and other information. Nice to have these features which you can review via your cell phone.
I did have a minor problem and can verify that the Sensi support is both fast and the technicians are very knowledgeable - turned out the problem was my HVAC system not the Sensi. Tip of the cap to the Sensi support team – outstanding.
I really nice feature is the ability to connect remotely for example from a restaurant to verify temperature settings and change the temperature and other controls. Wow, this connectivity is nice to have built-in, no additional hub needed.
I would highly recommend this superb unit.

Smooth Looks and Superior Technology

Extremely smooth and light weight mouse. This mouse has many customizable options. The tracking and acceleration spec’s are off the charts. The engineers sure did a great job in designing this mouse to fit your hand so nicely and to include so much super technology.
I did test the speed of charging and the claims are correct. Fast charging turnaround is very important for me. Also the mouse can be connected via a dongle, via Bluetooth or wired. All the cables and devices are included. A dongle extender is even included to facilitate use of the dongle – nice touch.
The magnetic attach feature of the charging cable is the first I have seen and is really solid.
It has very nice lighting options and you can sync things up using the Alienware Command Center. The mouse has seven programmable buttons. What a joy to use this mouse with its superior technology.

Superior Quality, Sound and Control

This particular headset is in a higher price range, but the quality is superb and the functionality is both outstanding and unique. This unit gives the user an option I have not had before which is to remove one of the earcups. Now you can use the same headset for superior noise cancelling headphones for music listening or you can use the unit for call center support when you want to keep one ear available for hearing sounds in the room.
The active noise cancelling is very effective at removing all background noise. I was amazed at this units ability to keep the sound crisp and not muffled while using the noise cancelling feature.
Very important is the comfort provided by the headset size adjustment and the earcup padding. I found that even with my glasses on for many hours, there was no pinching of my ears – great.
The controls for volume, cell phone calls and other functions are very simple. The BlueParrott button can even be programmed so you can utilize functions the way you want – tip of the cap to the BlueParrott engineers. You can also direct the headset via your voice – another tip of the cap to the engineers for putting this convenient, useful and safety option into their headset.

Newest Technology and Superb Printer

This printer was easy to setup with a very well written ‘Startup’ guide. All functions tested correctly when I ran it through its many options.
The ink tanks are very large. I was careful to follow the instruction closely so no ink spilled. I could see that the ink bottle and ink tank are designed to help ensure you don’t spill any ink i.e. it is a very smooth and easy operation to fill the tanks.
Color and grey reproduction was excellent – I could not see any difference between material that was copied and the original. Wireless connectivity was flawless.
Canon gives you an option to use their ink auto-supply process, which will save you money if you print a lot of material. However I didn’t choose that option.
There is an ink valve shutoff for when you move the printer a great distance, so don’t forget to use it. I had not seen this on other ink tank printers, but with ink tanks it is a valuable function.
Be aware that when you lift open the printer to put in more ink, the larger-lid stays in place. You need to first move it slightly higher and then it will let you close this larger-lid. Don’t confuse this when you are just opening thinner upper lid of the printer to reveal the scanning glass. This portion just moves up down without the additional upward pull.
The ‘Print Directly from USB Flash Drive’ function needs some updating. If you have a PDF type file it may not print because when using a USB flash drive, this printer will only print if the file was created from the Canon software or the operational panel of the printer i.e. scanned to the flash drive. Point is this severely limits the usefulness of this function.
Although you cannot fax with it, this printer does provide a lower cost ink option with the ink tanks and the four color ‘pigment-based’ ink system does provide very crisp and vibrant print outs. The very nice 2.7 inch adjustable LCD touchscreen is the newest technology for your interface to the machine. It also has a great 3-year limited warranty.
Printers are becoming much easier to configure and use, this printer is a great example of the newest technology – tip of the cap to the Canon engineers. All in all a super quality product that impressed me with its array of optional printing functions, scanning and copying (double or single sided output). I highly recommend this printer.

Outstanding Sound Quality and Comfort

These head phones provided the best audio I have ever heard on a headset. They do have Dolby 7.1 so that was no doubt part of the great sound quality. Microphone worked great. I liked the option to flip the mic up to mute or you could simply press a mute button on the headset. One feature I don't often see, but was much appreciated is that when muted, a red band appears on the mic boom so you know for sure it is really muted.
This headset is wired so there is no delay which I prefer some times with super-fast-paced games. The ear cups were soft enough and do handle a little sweat easily. I did not feel a pinch when wearing my glasses. The floating headband design was comfortable but I did feel some pressure, so I used the feature where you can adjust the headband by giving out more slack on both sides. It is important to note that I almost missed this adjustable option. Since the design is so clean, one may not notice the strap can be adjusted. This ‘flex-band’ design is so much simpler than moving the ear pads via the old sliding systems. Plus you don’t risk breaking a wire that might not slide along – no chance with this nice design – tip of the cap to the engineers at Corsair.
If you’d like a real audio treat. Set up your computer with an installation of the iCue software and add these headphones to the dashboard. Play someone like Andrea Bocelli. You can adjust equalization using the iCue software if you want Pure, Movie, Competition, Chat or Bass Boost. Make sure you have surround sound on. Wow, the experience is astounding. Try Piano or Violin or whatever you like, very nice sound reproduction. A tip of the cap to the software developers at Corsair as well.
I would highly recommend these headphones for the great sound and superior comfort using the 'flex band' system, and the integration with the iCue software.

Super Fast External SSD, Nice Case

Samsung has great products in the Tx line. I have used prior Samsung external SSDs and found them to be very functional.
The T7 Shield has improvements in all the key areas of speed, dust prevention and water resistance. The optimal speed ratings do require cables that support USB 3.2 Gen 2 with UASP mode enabled.
One of the nicest features is the soft rubber coating. This coating shape improves heat dissipation but maybe more importantly is very tactile and will help you avoid dropping the device which at times is a problem I have encountered with smooth sided external SSDs. The physical design is such that when you place the device on a table, there is airflow allowed underneath the unit – tip of the cap to the Samsung engineers for that design point.
One of the nicest features is the soft rubber coating. The size is not the current smallest, but is smaller than all the external SSDs I have used before. It comes with some utility files installed on the unit; you can take advantage of those or just remove them. One very nice feature is a 3 year parts and labor warranty. Samsung supplies this unit in different colors which is an extra benefit so you can identify your records by color if you like. I would recommend this unit highly, great design points

Very Comfortable, Functional and Intuitive

Very nice headset, solid and most important it is extremely comfortable. I used about 3 hours with no pinched ear pain at all. Also important is with my glasses the headset did not pinch me. The glasses test is very important for me since some headsets don’t have the right curve in the design to ensure they stay put, are comfortable and allow glasses to be worn without discomfort. Tip of the cap to the Plantronics/Poly engineers.
Normally I like one ear free so this headset worked best for me. The mic is reversible to either side of head. This unit does not work with all its functions unless you install the Poly Lens app. This is important whether you use it with a cell phone or with a PC. I didn’t install the app for my first test and I noticed the mute button didn’t work. However, once I installed the app, the button worked fine – my bad. Also there are other functions that will not work unless you have the app, so I suggest you review the owner’s manual; go to poly.com/lens (or go straight to this product with this link: https://www.poly.com/us/en/support/products/bluetooth-headsets/voyager/voyager-4300-uc

They also include Troubleshooting Tips, Help contacts, etc.

Useful & Secure Crypto Wallet

This crypto wallet does provide a very desirable function to consolidate all your crypto into one device. This particular Nano S Plus sits in the middle of the current array of Ledger devices. It can have as many as 100 installed apps – note these must be the apps the device will recognize. One of the apps I use for Bitcoin for example was not included in the current accepted apps but Ledger does give you an opportunity to request future inclusion – nice touch. In any event, the list of acceptable apps will allow you to manage all your various crypto currencies in one place.
Most important is the security of the device. A tip of the cap to the Ledger design engineers for using a secure certified chip (CC EAL5+) to ensure your protection is optimized in today’s world.
You can install apps on many platforms including Windows, Mac, Android, Apple iOS and even Linux. This device does not have Bluetooth connectivity (the Ledger Nano X does but costs more), so you will need a cable. Oddly the device has a USB C port but the single cable provided works only with a computer USB A port; although the cell phone use is touted. I started to install on my Android cell phone and found at that time that I would need a USB C to USB C cable which was not supplied. This was not optimal since it is very important to do a smooth install to be sure you manage the security of the device. Point is that while installing, the device will generate a 24 word code (called your Secret Recovery Phrase) that you MUST record and not lose. This 24 word code is the only way to recover your assets if you lose/damage your Nano device, or forget your pin. So I was surprised to realize I had to go find the right cable after I installed the app and was ready to connect.
The other concern as to installation was that you are warned to very carefully follow the step by step instructions but one of the first things I noticed was even after I installed the app, one instruction popped up to download the app which was already running. My critique is that this is a very sensitive situation so the software designers need to go back through their instructions to eliminate even these types of smaller bits of confusion to ensure confidence in the users for a device that handles financial transactions.
Another area of install I would alter is the input of your PIN, I noticed that as you enter a digit it is then blocked from view. In the install situation it would be better to leave the pin digits displayed. You do need to reenter the PIN for verification so that helps. But the designers should realize that you are creating your PIN in a secure environment and it is more important to show the PIN since the user will be wanting full awareness of what is going on. Small point but I think worthy to note.
Overall I was satisfied that the device is secure, just needs some tweaking on the install. I like the ability to manage all your crypto currency in one very secure spot. This device is functionally very well designed and I would recommend it.

Powerful Vacuum That Empties Itself

I was very impressed with the functionality of this vacuum system. There are two parts, the cordless stick vacuum and the power base. The vacuum proved to be very powerful in cleaning about 1200 square feet of carpet on the turbo setting and still had plenty of charge left. This system came with two batteries. It is important to state one battery charges in the base power unit (to be ready when needed) and the other battery will also charge when the stick vacuum is docked on the base unit. Very smart design point. These 26 volt batteries provide a lot more suction power than the usual 14 to 18 volt systems; and proved long lasting as well.
After vacuuming 1200 square feet I noticed that the dust bin on the stick vacuum had about 3 inches of hair and dust particles. I had just used another cordless stick vacuum the day before for the same area. So this test definitely showed the LG vacuum power was far superior.
The power base unit has its own vacuum setup to suck out the stick vac’s dustbin into a dust bag housed in the power base unit. I can confirm that the 3 inches of pet hair and dust was removed into the base unit (see my before and after photos). When I looked at the stick vac’s dust bin, not only was all the debris gone but it appeared the inside of the dust bin had been wiped clean – great system and a tip of the cap to the LG engineering team. You will notice that when the base unit cleans the stick vacuum dust bin, it actually opens the bottom plate on the dustbin and closes it again when the cycle is completed – I love that kind of engineering. The whole system has solid quality and is very well designed.

If all these features aren’t enough, the unit connects to your home’s WiFi system. Now using your cell-phone you can monitor activity of this vacuum system. I initially thought the WiFi control button was on the base unit, but it is on the stick vacuum and is labelled. The unit easily connected to the WiFi – you must use a 2.4 GHz access point.
I did also run the included mop head to clean my kitchen and bathroom floors. Easy job but be sure to wash the mop heads by hand after each use. It’s easier to dry the mop heads in a dryer but don’t put the heads in a washing machine.
The technology used in this vacuum system is outstanding. I highly recommend this vacuum system.
After vacuuming 1200 square feet I noticed that the dust bin on the stick vacuum had about 3 inches of hair and dust particles. I had just used another cordless stick vacuum the day before for the same area. So this test definitely showed the LG vacuum power was far superior.
The power base unit has its own vacuum setup to suck out the stick vac’s dustbin into a dust bag housed in the power base unit. I can confirm that the 3 inches of pet hair and dust was removed into the base unit (see my before and after photos). When I looked at the stick vac’s dust bin, not only was all the debris gone but it appeared the inside of the dust bin had been wiped clean – great system and a tip of the cap to the LG engineering team. You will notice that when the base unit cleans the stick vacuum dust bin, it actually opens the bottom plate on the dustbin and closes it again when the cycle is completed – I love that kind of engineering. The whole system has solid quality and is very well designed.

After setup was complete, the computer suffered many glitches, both in hardware and software. E.g. the computer kept disconnecting from my Wi-Fi and I had to go in and retype the password. Computer locked up several times and I had to unplug it to shut it down so I could reboot it. Much of my software apps displays were incredibly small and I could find no way to change them. These were just a few of the most glaring examples.

You Can Change Size of Objects & Text

The ultra HD display can be adjusted. Go to Settings, System (Display is in there), Advanced Display Settings and change the resolution to 1920x1080. Then continue on to Advanced Sizing of Text and Other Items; now click on 'Set a custom scaling level' (blue text) and select 110%. Now everything will be correct. Most apps don't work well with the Ultra HD yet. But your machine will be powerful as new Apps come out. Once the machine updates to latest Windows 10, you will find it great.

Worked great in the beginning but had trouble keeping battery power and is dead now and will not recharge. Also not easy to clip on. The band included to wear on your wrist is 4" thick at least and not practical. It would have been better to purchase on of the wrist versions versus the one. I hope Best Buy will allow me to exchange due to the default.

You do realize the wide band is ideal for sleep monitoring as it is very comfortable on the wrist all night. It is not a watch band. Also various suppliers make a band that the Fitbit One can snap into and then it can be worn as a watch. SO if you like the Fitbit otherwise, just get the watch band for it.

I noticed trouble syncing and it seemed if you have the application open and the Fitbit is connected to your PC, then it won't sync with your phone and vice versa. Not sure if that is an error or the design. Once application closed on PC now the phone sync'd in a couple seconds. So maybe this is what some people are seeing?

This AIO has superior resolution to others. Some reviews spoke about a text problem, however you can improve the text via going to settings, display, advanced and 'cleartype text' and follow the steps. Also has 3D display capability which is good for future needs for me. Sound is nice with Jensen speakers. Touch screen is great. WIFI is super and has both 2.4 and 5 GHz ranges with Wireless AC. Very quiet fan. Lenovo support has regressed but is do-able I asked a simple question and the tech had no idea, also the website seems broken in the support area; glad I got Geek Squad. But this AIO is one great machine. price is very reasonable for what you get. Love it.

Intel Has Fix for Display Errors

Here's good news after I called and got an update from Lenovo support. The problem of getting errors such as "Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered..." seems to be fixed. But the Lenovo support site does not have the driver version to install since it is still in 'maintenance' or Beta test. However you can get the driver from Intel for their 530 graphics hardware at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-?v=t
The driver version is 20.19.15.4352 (you're probably using 4300). Now if you download the driver and run the driver install as you normally do under Windows it will say either you are already at the most current driver level or that your manufacturer has not ok'd the use of this level. But the Lenovo tech helped me install it. Basically you need to go to Device manager, select the Intel HiDef Graphics 530, and click to update the driver. Select to install from your computer and say you have a disk and then select the folder where you unzipped the new 4352 driver stuff. Now it will install this driver. I have not seen the display driver error message any more so it appears that this driver fixes things. I had tried all kinds of combinations of settings for the NVDIA driver (there are two display drivers) in conjunction with the Intel driver thinking that the interaction caused the problems. But hopefully this driver level will work. Call Lenovo if you don't want to try to install it yourself.

The 4K screen is what sold me. However, it has a lot of glare and not as stunning as you would think for it being 4k display. Also, the video card seems to crash and recover randomly. The system stays on and it recovers well on its own, but it seems to do this regularly nonetheless. Also the keyboard is a very flat, chiclet laptop style keyboard with next to no key travel, resulting in a lot of typing errors. I do not care for this type of keyboard. Otherwise, the performance is pretty snappy with no lag and Windows 10 is a huge improvement over 8.

Graphics Card Problem Fixed

I had the same problem with video card crash and recover. Finally a fix is available I have it installed for 2 weeks and not a single error. You have to download a driver from Intel for 530, it is level 20.19.15.4352 You cannot get it from the Lenovo support site because it is a Beta driver. I stumbled into it because I called IBM support and happened to get a tech who knew about it. Go here to find the driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530-for-6th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors Now you need to update the driver but the normal procedure ( go to driver tab in Device Manager...) will result in a message saying you can't install this driver... But if you go to the Device Manager and then right click the device then click on 'update driver software', then flow through browsing on your computer and say 'have disk'... and point where you unzipped the file; it will install it. If you can't weave through the steps just call Lenovo and the tech will show you or Best Buy Geek will show you. I've tested it and it works fine, great not to see those video crash and recovered errors.

Bought this watch in november 2015, button has already fallen off without any damage or abuse and best buy wont do anything unless you buy their replacement plan, which goes for every item in their store, no replace plan=your on your own to deal with manufacturers, and this huawei watch is unrepairable at the factory- they told me since the button fell off my warranty is voided WTF and cant even be repaired if i pay, basically 3 months use now its a $400 paperweight

This PC has Two Graphics Cards

You make a good point. This PC has two graphics cards and the other is the Intel HD 530 but I see it recommends only up to 1366x768. I know the display is supposed to handle 3840x2160 and you can select this setting and it works fine. I'm wondering if the limits on each card are overcome because you have both graphics cards? Maybe the manufacturers just undershoot the real capability? Anyway my Lenovo AIO 700 works great and I love it. For the money it is the best deal. I do know that you have to install a new driver for the HD 530, make sure you have 20.19.15.4352 (this is a Beta driver you can get from Intel) If you don't get it, you will get frequent from the HD 530.

This computer is very aesthetically pleasing and has great specs. The 4k screen is very nice and the accessories work great.
However...
1.
This computer constantly is crashing citing a graphics card error. Simply browsing the internet or typing a Word document and the screen will constantly be crashing.

The computer will not let me install updates and programs are constantly freezing and crashing. The only programs I have installed are Kaspersky protection suite and Microsoft Office suite.
**One day I turned on my computer and attempted to create a Word document only to find that the computer had deleted the entire office suite! There is no trace it ever existed.
3.
Simple tasks such as opening a program take a ridiculous amount of time. For a solid state hard drive, opening Windows Explorer takes on average 5 MINUTES!!! I have nothing saved on this computer!

Display Error Problem Fixed

I once worked at Lenovo & IBM and know a little about display drivers. The problem here is Lenovo's support site recommends the wrong driver level for the Intel 530 Display Driver. All you need to do to automatically fix this is use the Intel Driver Update Utility. Download it and it will show a list of recommend driver updates. For starters just choose the display driver update. At this time it will install level 20.19.15.4463 -> all your problems will go away. You can also let it install any other drivers it may find are down level. It is great. Here is the link to download the utility: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility By the way, for this computer to allow stuff I use like Windows Live to look better, I change the screen resolution to 1920x1080 and set the text scaling level to 110%. At the price, this is a super wonderful computer but need to make the changes I suggest.

This is a steal especially at the sale price. Beautiful touchscreen display, quad core processor albeit not the fastest but 4 cores and made by Intel so not power hungry. Dual Band AC WiFi which is important. Also very solid build, great keyboard. Only thing that slowed it down was 5400 rpm 500GB HDD. Some reviews said slow and it was a bit, but pop in an SSD and it flies super fast. You can use a free program like EASEUS to clone the HDD exactly to the SSD, including the recovery partition etc. Now you keep the old HDD as your instant backup image if needed. 4GB memory appears to be enough. Great function as tablet or tent or normal PC. Very portable which was one of my needs. If you want to step up, get HP's 13.3 inch same as this just bigger, 6GB memory but same tired old 5400 rpm drive problem but you can fix that with an SSD; and this more expensive one has a 6th gen core i3. I couldn't afford the bigger one, but I also liked the smaller 11.6 display anyway. Both have IPS display technology - great.

SSD Can be Swapped in Here's How

I did see the instructions you refer to and they are for an x360 Notebook. It is confusing, as this PC is an x360 2in1. HP does take you to the wrong place. But I looked further and HP does provide a Hardware Maintenance Manual for the x360 2/1. It shows you exactly how to get inside and replace anything from the battery to memory to the HDD. I will paste in the link to the manual and it shows you each step. But I'll give you an overview. You do have to be careful but it is not too difficult. First before removing anything I used a free program called EASEUS Backup which cloned the 500 GB HDD to a 500 GB SSD (it makes it identical including the recovery partition). You do need a USB cable to attach the SSD to a USB port on this PC to make the clone. Then basically you remove 12 screws on the bottom and flip it face up and gently pry the keyboard up first at the hinge end. Don't pull the keyboard off all the way as you have to remove two flat cables from their ZIF connectors. ZIF connectors are easy to release but you do have to notice which side of the connector that you flip up. It is easier if someone holds the keyboard up slightly while you release the ZIF's. I was able to do it myself. Once the keyboard is off, you remove 2 screws from the HDD (it says 4 but I only saw 2 screws) and also another ZIF cable to release the HDD from the board. You will have to take the bracket and the cable plug off the hard drive and put them on the SSD. Then reverse the process. I did read that things like memory are not accessible but the HMM also shows you how to remove a shield a small board and boom there is the single 4GB memory card. You can put in an 8GB memory card but I didn't since the SSD gives you tremendous speed improvement that the memory upgrade will only give you slight improvement. I need a portable CD player with a USB adapter that can fit into my USB port in my 2019 Odyssy Honda car. As you might know , the new cars do not have a CD player. Please suggest a CD player and how much it will cost? Thank you.
You could use this one. You would have to get a cable from the 3.5 mm jack on this device to USB. It would work fine. However this unit skips a lot so the motion from the car may be too much for it.

Make sure you have pressed the Bluetooth button only once - if you press it again it will turn off Bluetooth on the speaker. It should announce that it is in pairing mode via a voice prompt from the speaker. On your phone, you may sometimes need to go to Settings and Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off then on while the speaker is looking for your phone. The main purpose of me purchasing this drive is to fast transfer videos from one computer to another. Can I trust this drive to transfer heavy videos (from premier pro) from one computer to another decently fast?
More than decently fast. It is very quick based on what I experienced moving large files.

Is the file format FAT 32?
It is FAT32 out of the box, but I suppose you could change it to whatever you like.
