Decent speaker, with some design flaws

Figuring out how to setup this speaker wasn't easy, but I was able to do it in about 15 minutes. It has really good sound quality, especially via Bluetooth from a phone. Alexa recognizes your voice about 80% of the time, which is pretty good.
However, this device is clearly meant to be used wirelessly. There's no easy way to get it to stay standing up when it's plugged in. It also goes to sleep when not used for a while (and cant be turned off) - this is different than simply muting the mic. One cannot walk into the room after it hasn't been used in a while and give Alexa commands. This is a major drawback.
Overall, it's a decent device if you're willing to deal with some of the design issues.

Great vacuum, good suction, but a little heavy

This is a great vacuum overall. It comes with a lot of accessories and has great carpet and hardwood floor suction. It is easily maneuverable as well. It is also well designed, and looks good aesthetically. The only downside is that it is a little heavier than expected, which kept me from giving it 5 stars, but functionality helps to overlook this minor issue.

Fantastic laptop for productivity

This laptop is fantastic. It is fast, it is compact and the Gorilla Glass gives you a sense of security for drops. It is perfect for productivity - using Office, emails, and browsing the web. Many laptops have noticeable performance degradation as you use them, but not this one. The touch screen is also an added bonus so you can use it in desktop or tablet mode. It's also super light and easy to transport. A great buy for anyone looking for a productivity machine.

Great product, the next step in VR

This product significantly enhances the Merge VR Goggles. It is really a great holographic experience and there is clear content support from Merge. It takes a little getting used to as with all new technology, but once you get the hang of it, it is truly a remarkable experience.

Decent VR Goggles, much better with the Merge Cube

These are decent VR goggles - they are comfortable and lightweight, but they don't fit all phone sizes well, especially the iPhone 7 Plus. In order to put the phone in properly, the lock button is face down, which sometimes causes some issues. Adding the Merge Cube is what makes them go from average to good. Otherwise, this would be a 3 star review. The triggers add some functionality to your standard goggles as well. Together with the cube, this is a solid product.

This is a great toy and so much fun - for any age! It is customizable, you can select a name for yourself as well as your superpowers. Setup was easy and after the firmware update, it was ready to go in minutes. The app experience is great just like other Sphero products, and the voice activation feature works really well. For the few times it couldn't understand me, Spider-man even cracks a joke.

No WiFi Support, but Somewhat Decent Features

The lack of WiFi support is a huge thing. Having to plug this directly into a router negates the ability to plug it into a laptop or desktop and still access it via the web or app.
In terms of setup, initial setup was not difficult - I plugged it into my router and plugged it into the wall and I was able to set it up quickly. However, there are multiple sites and apps (apparently there is a legacy version of My Cloud) that created some confusion when I tried to set up the app on my iOS device.
I've rated it three stars due to the lack of WiFi support and also the confusion with multiple apps. It is fairly fast in syncing files uploaded via phone or the web, which is why I didn't rate it lower. Adding that feature into a future device would make this a four or five star product. The older version of the WD My Cloud app also had expanded third party support (including Dropbox) which is missing from the My Cloud Home app.

Great PC for home users

This is a great PC for home users - browsing the web, using email, etc. The computer is fast - not as fast as an SSD but the new Intel Optane memory does a pretty decent job of mimicking an SSD's speed.
The only real drawback is the lack of a dedicated graphics card, but this is easily rectified by an additional purchase. However, this is really only needed for gaming. It also has a huge number of USB ports, including 4 on the front, making it easy to plug in peripheral devices.
The accessories were great too. While the keyboard is pretty basic, I found the mouse to be fantastic. I use a clear glass desk and I typically have had to buy specific mice that work with it - this is the first time that the mouse included with a desktop worked. It also has a button on the front to change pointer speed without having to go into settings. Not a gaming mouse, but better than most if you're using this mainly for web browsing and email.
The desktop also looks sleek with a black exterior on the sides and back, and silver on the front. It is fairly big, but it does house a lot of power. Note: I could only find an HDMI output for the monitor. However, my monitor supports HDMI, so this was not an issue. It also worked very well with my HDMI switch (allowing the use of multiple computers with the same monitor). All in all, this is a great PC that really only needs an dedicated graphics card if you plan to do some light gaming.

Difficult setup, great robot with some quirks

This is a good robot vacuum, however I experienced some issues. I am very tech savvy and had a hard time setting up the robot with the app - it kept failing until one time it just worked. The schedule is easy to program though. However, when Roomba tries to return "home" it takes a very long time and often gets lost (sometimes very close to home). And even when it finds home, it sometimes has a hard time re-docking with the charger. Overall, it's a great robot with some issues that hopefully software updates will fix.

Decent soundbar, not a ton of features

This is the third soundbar I've purchased. It is a good soundbar overall, but the lack of options and a true front display make it less than perfect. I initially had some issues with audio delays, that I was able to work out by changing some settings on my TV. My TV is also ARC enabled, and I have connected the soundbar via HDMI and Optical - but while the ARC worked initially, it appears to have stopped. However, it still works fine through the optical cable.
As a tech savvy user, I feel like I am having more issues than I should with setup. That being said, the sound quality is really good. The subwoofer adds decent bass too. Overall, it's a good soundbar, I just wish it had a few more features for the price range it's in.

It comes with a starter ink set, which claims you can use it until it runs out but as soon as I set up the printer it said that there was no more ink. I had to buy ink right away to start using it.

I am not sure about the graphics card on this. The image on the inside of the machine shows an installed graphics card, while the spec indicates "Intel HD graphics". The image of the back of the machine doesn't show a card. What's the deal?
It's an integrated (not dedicated) graphics card. A dedicated would need to be installed if needed.

Does this has any audio? I tried upgrading the current audio driver and even installing a new one from dell. Does any one has the same problem>?
This computer does have an audio card. I plugged it into my monitor (which has speakers) with an HDMI cable and have had no issues. Check your Control Panel settings (as well as your speakers) to see if there's an issue. I did get an alert that audio enhancements were causing issues and that they were disabled (when accessing the sound settings) but this didn't affect my sound output.

does this thermostata work with oil furnace?
Yes, I'm using this with an oil furnace. It was hooked up though by an HVAC Electrician. It's my understanding that not all thermostats work with all HVAC wiring setups, but I had two of these installed in my home and I have an oil furnace.
