Great Product bad customer service

This is my third nest ( i have had both previous versions) the product is great but don't count on great customer service from nest. This morning as I write this review the service is down again and i am not able to connect to my nest thermostat/protect. The mobile app is down and so is there website. According to https://nest.com/support/ all services are "OK" (which is not true) I called 1 (855) 469-6378 since there services have been down quiet often after been on hold for over 15 minutes the customer service rep by the name of Charlene disconnected on me after I voiced my frustrations.

So i called again (another hold of 5 mins this time) and spoke with the guy named Jeff and he informed me that the service is indeed down and there is no ETA. (this is the third time this week alone)

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
