better picture than my more expensive 32 inch with a 1080p ..... almost a perfect picutre for an inexpensive 32 inch....720p is perfect for a 32 inch screen....turns into a smart tv with a roku

Works great with a phone with original mhl inputs. (Not galaxy 3) Its a shame people slammed this product when its not supposed to work on there device to begin with. Any device with the new 5-11 pin input is not compatible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought two of these for the kids rooms in January. One from amazon and one from best buy. One from amazon stopped working after one month. After six months the one from best buy stopped working. Screen just goes black

Does Netflix work on this device?
Just bought a Flex Elite (the $150 version of this device)--Netflix hangs on "loading" indefinitely. Has anyone who owns this device *watched something* on Netflix on this device (as opposed to simply getting the application to run)? Thanks!
I gave this tablet premature good review but there's one thing that happened that made me return it and spend a few extra bucks on the Lenovo Tab 2 a850 ....insignia tablets is android version 5.0.1 which you won't see in most android devices..most updated to 5.0.2..because of the WiFi bug that the first lollipop version has...insignia agreed but there is no available update that's why I returned it twice 2 different tablets...sam model...so to answer your question...the buffering or loading is an effect of the lollipop connectivity bug....Google it.... Hopefully you put the protection plan on it so u can get another model

I can't get this to work for Samsung galaxy Tab 4 to LG smart TV. are they compatible?
YOU NEED A SPECIAL MHL ADAPTER NOT JUST THE USUAL ONE.

GALAXY NOTE 8.0 Compatability
I bought this for the Note 8.0 GT-N5110 and I can't seem to get it to work. The tv is an LG and the HDMI port says HDMI/MHL. I've tried different chargers and multiple restarts. Does this adapter work with the note 8?
U need Samsung's MHL adapter Samsung has there own proprietary mhl technology

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3
I followed the directions exactly and the adapter is still not working. My phone is charging and the movie is playing on the phone but the television screen is black. Yes, it's set on the right hdmi input and I tried turning everything off and back on to reset. This is frustrating because when I bought this adapter at bestbuy, most of the packages were taped due to being returned. Not a good sign. Now, on this site for almost every reviewer that says it works there's two more that say it doesn't. Maybe it's my televisions, Vizios and Philips. I'll contact the companies about compatibility issues and if no solution then I guess there will be one more taped up box at bestbuy.
Samsung has its own MHL technology which is different from the adapter you bought. you need a universal MHL adapter or just use imedia share app on your phone and it will stream wirelessly to a smart TV

I have a lg nexus 4...was told this would work...connecting to my samsung LCD TV via mhl HDMI adapter... but not getting anything?...
Download I media share and hopefully u have a smart TV or bluray player with dona like the Sony 3100 for $79. Stream videos wirelessly. Much better then mhl from a phone.
