Defective and Stuck with it...

The laptop randomly freezes, with no response from the keyboard or mouse. I'm forced to power it on/off again. I wiped and reinstalled a clean Windows installation, but the problem still persists. Sometimes it will freeze after 5 minutes of use, sometimes hours. I have not been able to determine the underlying cause, and the event logs offer no clues, which leads me to believe the problem is hardware-related. Dell offers no support, classifying the problem as software related, without even having looked the laptop or asking one followup question. I will never buy a DELL ever again. Just cross your fingers you don't get the defective one. I spent the money and I'm stuck with it. Thanks for NOTHING DELL.

Slow to print and always jams the second page.

Just purchased and setup this printer and there's two problems. Problem #1) The first page of every print job takes 5-8 minutes to print. It starts printing normally, then pauses for around 5 minutes in the middle of the page, then finishes it. Problem #2) The second page of every print job ALWAYS jams. This bad boy is going right back to the store-- I'm really disappointed with HP.

I purchased this flash drive to replace an old Sandisk 1GB drive I've had for years. This drive was on sale at the store for $54.99, which is an awesome price. To my disappointment, the flash drive is EXTREMELY slow. I've tried it on several computer to be sure it's not my hardware causing the issue. The transfer rate of files ranges between bytes/s and MB/s. The drive cannot keep a consistent transfer rate. It's rated for USB 2.0, which is probably why it was on sale, but the average transfer rate is below 50KB/s, making it extremely poor for storing and deleting anything on the drive. I've tried changing the filesystem (came formatted as FAT32), but neither NTFS or exFAT was able to help. DO NOT BUY.
