I decided to go with a 15" laptop this time around as my 17" had become just too much to carry around consistently. This thing is awesome and it screams through basically anything you throw at it. The only thing is that it is incredibly loud all the time. Even when its just sitting there with nothing running fan is going nuts. So if that doesn't bother you this is a solid option. I switched to this after originally buying MSI GS63VR STEALTH PRO-001. That thing's speakers are atrocious and its too thin to really be functional with how hot it gets. The ASUS doesn't get to hot at all since the fan goes insane constantly.

I was looking to get a new monitor because my old one was only 23". Overall this monitor looks nice and ultimately is a good size for the price. It will take some time getting used to a non gloss look as my old one had that. The reason I am giving this only 4 stars is because the Audio is terrible. Would work fine for work, but definitely not watching shows or gaming.

buy speakers dude, how good of speakers are you expecting in a super thing monitor? You can't honestly expect speakers to actually be decent when there is no room for them right?

This is my first curved monitor. I was intrigued by having a curved monitor even though its specs were not top of the line, and it rocks! I'm using it with my Dell Inspiron 3650, and the work well together.

Everything worked fine on my laptop except for the speakers. I thought it would be a simple fix but the MSI support is absolutely awful. First they wanted me to ship my brand new laptop in so they could mess with it over crackling speakers. Hard to do when you have to have it for class. Then their online support is just a pain to go through. Horrid website organization, difficult process to apply for help, and unhelpful people when you actually get connected. Guess I'll go pay someone to fix my brand new laptop since it's apparently too hard for MSI to figure it out.

Hey man, just as a heads up that's how literally EVERY manufacturer's warranty works. You will always have to ship a product back to them. This is why the Geek Squad Protection is worth every penny. Now they may still need to ship your laptop out, but at least you wont pay for shipping, and they cover way more than just defects, to include accidentally smashing the laptop itself.

The best buy website says that it comes with a cd burner. The website is wrong as there is no cd burner in this laptop. The top on this laptop is very flexible and cheap feeling. I am returning this for a refund.

This adjustable LG UltraWide LED monitor can be mounted on a table or on a wall. To prevent theft, a Kensington security system connector is attached to the monitor that features plug and play functionality with a PC. The HDMI port allows connections of AV devices to this LG UltraWide LED monitor.

This is GREAT for gaming if the game supports this resolution. For example, World of Warcraft, League of Legends, The Division, Diablo 3 (if in windowed fullscreen) all support this resolution and its great to get so much more landscape and to see way more of the game. I'm not sure why you gave it one star because you don't like the way the resolution looks. Its doing what its supposed to.

I bought these to replace my well-worn G930 headset that had finally given up the ghost, and my expectations were very high given the list of new features (not to mention the steep price)...BUT...due to the random nature of it's built-in "power save" mode that puts the headset into standby with no warning (and with no way to disable it!) I cannot recommend this headset at this time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Logitech does the right thing and corrects this massive bug in a future software update. Until then...buyer beware! Stick with the G930s if you have them!

I've literally never run into this problem with these. I used mine 5-8 hours a day depending and never once have they shut off or gone into a power save mode unless the battery died.
