My mouth just feels much cleaner using a Sonicare than an Oral B. Not certain if it is scientifically better or not, but it sure feels cleaner to me.
What's great about it: Seems lightweight and durable

I eat a lot of peanuts and pistachios. These leave one's mouth filthy. I can brush with my ultrasonic toothbrush, but it does not get below the gum line. With the Water Pik, my mouth gets real clean!
Philips Norelco Bodygroom 7100 BG2040/34: This all-in-one device has a shaver head on one end and a precise trimmer on the other. The 3D pivoting head and ergonomic rubber grip handle allow for a close, comfortable shave.
I like the Bodygroom, but it does tend to nick you when using the barber-type shaving head. Not sure why, but it does cause small, painful nicks, much like a razor blade used to, when trimming sideburns, etc. I have tried using it in the shower and dry, but get the nicks both ways. Really have learned to use it very carefully in certain areas!
What's great about it: Shaves close
What's not so great: Sometimes blade nicks when you are using barber-type shaving head.
