First I would like to say this card did EXACTLY what I wanted it to 100+ fps while playing world of Warcraft. I have every low end NVidia graphics card dating back to 400 series. this card is better than the Gt 610/620/630 and rivals the framerate of gtx650.. that's where your bottleneck is. If you have a quad core 3.0ghz or better, you should be looking at the R7 250 at least, if you don't have the PSU but need that kind of power you will have to spend more money and get the gtx750. Because the 750 runs on low 300-350 watt psu's. this card is perfect for old dual cores not looking to do much more than WOW or league of legends, But if you have a quad core go with the r7 250, or gtx 750 neither of those will disappoint for a budget gamer build. I give this card 4 stars not 5 only because I think the starting price should be 49.99. have a great day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NVIDIA Card

My old (Acer-Aspire) computer had a NVIDIAAX3400G-U4802 Graphics. I have replaced that with a HP Pavilion 500-424 desktop. What video graphics would be comparable as far as performance?
You have a pretty good computer there. If it comes stock with the r5 graphics card while not the best should be able to play even new games at low/medium. If your looking to boost performance first step would be the R7 250/gtx750, if you have the stock power supply I highly recommend the GTX 750.

Graphics card for dual monitors on Dell Inspiron 660

I am looking for an add on graphics card to get two monitors running on my Dell Inspiron 660. From reading around the web it sounds like some with fans will not fit. Any recommendations?
Depends on what your doing really. Using "one" graphics card for multiple monitors is tricky, there will be lag on one monitor while the other runs great, if you have a decent card. for 3 monitors running simultaneous video or gaming your going to need at least a 780ti/ 290x multi monitor graphics cards that actually work are around 500+$ just so you know what your working with. cheaper way to run multi monitors is by having 2 graphics cards and they can be a little cheaper. 3rd way, last option your not doing any gaming or videos, buy a mid grade card around 200$ should run fine. you have a quad core so I would personally recommend the 290x.

PCIe3.0 card

can i run PCIe 3.0 Graphics Card in a PCIe 2.0 motherboard
Yes you can, opinions differ on the amount of performance loss you will get which is actually pretty minimal, but to answer your question in full, yes you can.

searching for the right video card for my pc

i need a video card that is intel compatiable, ddr 333mz, pc 2700, atleast a duel processor, really have no idea what i need so many options
it would not be worth your time, effort, or money to update that machine. you can find computers online for under 100$ that will perform much better. even if you do find a graphics card for that machine chances are it wont load past the start screen.
