On paper, this was the perfect device. It tracks all the normal fitness tracking data, GPS, built -in music storage, and it's waterproof/resistant. However, its data recording is terrible. The GPS doesn't always turn on when recording a workout, but the worst part is counting floors of stairs climbed. The Fit2 somehow has me climbing 120-150 flights a day. Apparently, I can even climb stairs while sitting around the office. I tried to work with Samsung customer support, but when resetting, etc. didn't help, I sent it back to them for repair (just over a month after buying it?). The Fit2 came back in the same inaccurate condition. I really don't think anyone on the other end had any idea why it was sent back. The strangest thing is that everything seemed to work fine for the first few weeks, or I would have returned it to Best Buy. It was only after the 30-day return period that it stopped working. I just hope Samsung can fix the software so this will be more than a digital watch. Until then, buy ANYTHING else. I'm going back to my Fitbit.
