Good to use BUT like many others, not durable.

I bought this set to replace a much more expensive Logitech set which lost its microphone after a couple of months...because I had snagged the flimsy, long wire on that otherwise perfect set. The Plantronics set has worked perfectly...with great sound and a powerful microphone (keep it high, well away from your mouth). 9 months on, the lead mounted, rotary volume switch which I have hardly, if ever used, has developed an intermittant fault. I now get sound sometimes in both ears, sometimes in one ear, sometimes not at all. Squeezing the switch case seems to help...sometimes...so I guess it's either a switch failure, or more likely a wiring connection problem, despite me being extremely careful not to snag the wire. Overall, I've been satisfied with this set from the performance point of view, so I'm intending to buy the same set again. They all appear to have the same flimsy wiring which breaks too easily, so why pay more. Nothing at this price lasts for long...but for $30 I'll buy the same set...it's not worth the cost of posting any set back to the manufacturer for a possible (?) repair.
What's great about it: Plug in and use...great sounds at a good price
What's not so great: Take extra care not to snag/pull/bend the micro-thin wiring.
I would recommend this to a friend!
