Thirtypl1's Reviews

Use this intelligent adapter to connect your iPhone 5 or 5s, iPod touch (5th generation), or iPod nano (7th generation) featuring the Lightning connector to many of your 30-pin accessories. The 0.2m-long cable provides extra length to connect to 30-pin accessories.

Why, WHy, WHY?

If you are getting this adapter for the cord extension as I did, well be ready to have a REALLY short extension. I think that is why Apple does not show the whole cord on the front of the box because they knew we all would buy the $29 version instead of the $39 one. It is not worth the $10 more!!
I connected it to the dock in my car and it was too short for my phone to sit up from top to bottom or even to lay down on its back. If you are using SIRI it is somewhat OK because she can do most of the things for you but we all know SIRI can't do everything for us. There are those times when you have to pick up the phone and that is when you run into the problem of not having enough cord to reach from the 30 pin dock to you. I mean don't get me wrong, it works but for $10 more, the cord should be at least the same size as the charging cord. And WHY don't they have any adaptors available? They knew the demand would be high seeing that almost everyone in the world has a iPhone or iPod which means they will be connecting it to their older accessories. I'm just saying!!
What's great about it: It's an adapter
What's not so great: The cord is too short

Worth The Weight

After getting the Fitbit Ultra Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker (Which I really use for the sleep tracking, but I think it is really cheaply made, I have had to exchange mine 3 times due to it not working or breaking open SO GET THE REPLACEMENT PLAN but that is a different review). Anyway, I figured I would get the scale. I LOVE the scale! It is sturdy, wireless, the results are pretty close to what my coach measured when I had him check my body fat and very easy to use. I love how I can set a goal with my weight and keep track of it on my iPhone or the Fitbit website. I also love how the scale knows difference between me and the other people in the house. Using the Fitbit application with the scale is a great tool to use when trying to meet your goal weight and maintain it.
What's great about it: Love how I don't have to log my weight anymore because the scale does it for me and sends it to the Fitbit website.
What's not so great: Nothing so far....
I would recommend this to a friend!
