Terrible Samsung Microwave

The absolute worst company support and warranty service I have ever dealt with bar none. I purchased and installed the microwave on 12/26/15.
Went to put something in microwave on 5/15/2016, set time pushed start, it made a little pop sound and has not worked since. Called warranty that same day, they set up info to have repair person call me. They called on 5/16/2016 and set up a date a week and half later on 5/25/2016. I called repair person on 5/23/2016 to verify 5/25 appointment, no answer, left message on machine. Get a call back today 5/27/2016 saying they need to move repair visit to 6/3/2016. That will be 3 full weeks before anyone one comes to look at it and I live in a urban area. Think about it, do you have enough spare time to just wait around for a service tech to show up 3 weeks later?
I would honestly give Samsung a negative star if I could for the way this warranty claim has been handled!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
