It was effortless to have BB deliver my new dishwasher, remove the old one and completely install the new one. I wouldn't do it any other way. Extremely professional.

Bought this as a replacement for a previous model. Happy with the purchase, but the clearance between the racks isn't ideal because of the addition of the cutlery rack in the top. I would skip the cutlery rack on my next purchase to provide more space on the top and bottom racks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
