No matter what automatic settings we use on the dryer our clothes never come out completely dry. I've tried the highest "more dry" setting and "high heat" with an size average load and some items are always damp. The dampness sensor does not do a good job of determining when clothes are dry. The "reduce static" setting works very well so you can get by without fabric softener sheets.

I replaced a 12 year old Frigidaire front load with this state of the art LG washer. We don't overload the machine, use the standard cycles and everything comes out extremely wrinkled and in a ball on the back of the washer drum. My old Frigidaire, at the end of the cycle, would turn the washer drum back and forth to un-ball the clothes so they came out mostly wrinkle free. I'm disappointed that technology that's 15 years newer doesn't do this and we end up with unsatisfactory results.
