Keeps on disconnecting

I was really excited about buying this printer. Once I try setting up at home, my printer did not want to connect with my IMac computer. I spend 1 hour and 35 minutes with the customer service to help set it up. It never did connect. I ended up trying to sync it with another computer and it finally worked, but it keeps on disconnect and I have to turn it off and on so it can link up again. Won't print more that 5 minutes of being connected till I have to turn it off and on. Needless to say I returned it 2 days later.

Great birthday gift ! Hard to find series, but glade I was able to find it on sale. Great for people who grew up in the 90's. Just like I remembered as a kid.

The original Sailor Moon english dub from the 90s was produced by ADV video. This version was produced by Viz so these are not the original voice actors. If you were buying this to relive your childhood TV show, this may not please you. I plan to return as I simply do not care for these voice actors.

Thank for that... I was upset when I bought season 1 and didn't realize wasn't the same US version. I was looking for a lot of comments hoping to find someone comment on if this is the us version or original version.
