Perfect motion sensor just what was needed

This is the missing piece that was needed. It works great and is very accurate. Very easy to setup and use. The only issue I see is that wish the app gave us more options to use the ambient sensor to make the lights whiter during day and yellow during evening/night as at present only let one select 2 presets for time of day. I thought it would use the ambient sensor to adjust light color accordingly that would be nice. Also wish was a HomeKit sensor so could be used to trigger a switch at the same time if the switch is off. Overall really great and simple and works as intended.

Vacuum works well but smart home is a gimmick

Got the vacuum recently, the vacuum runs well though has a hard time returning home so far as I've used it. My biggest disappointment is the smart home functionality and the app. The smart home app keeps crashing and trying to create a floor plan never works. For a $1000 robot which main function is floor plan it needs to have an easier way to do it as the robot never completes it. Calling Samsung support is no help. Hope they do update their app or get this functionality running as otherwise it's just doing the job of a $500 robot.

Not Ready fro Prime Time

Remote is well thought of and designed but it not ready for Prime Time. I ended up returning. The main reason was I have 2 new Sony latest models and both have directv client built in. The remote so far has no support for it and had a workaround which makes no sense as it than loses its smartness. As previous poster posts have to click a few things to get things done. Another issue is that it has no ir blasters and so depends on third party hardware. Most of my equipment is hidden and so it was not functional at all.
The only reason i Gave it 3 stars is because their customer service is exceptional and they go over and beyond to try and solve things. Maybe they will listen to us and add those things in and I would give it a try again but for now it is not functional as a smart remote. My harmony is way ahead even with its quirks and works as intended too.

Poor WiFi and connection issues

Keeps dropping wifi connection and very slow to respond. Support told me it was my wifi but clearly it isn't. I also ended up putting an extension to improve wifi if that was the case and even though the extender is right next to the doorbell still have same issues and poor connection. It definitely needs a better wifi antenna.
Have yet to get video to work or if it does its way too late and same issue with dropping connections. Thinking of going back to my old doorbell till this is fixed. My previous door bell was ring and never had this issue. Overall very unsatisifed with this product.

Works Ok but needs more work

Bought and just installed the August Smart Lock. App needs more work or bug fixes. Already got locked out once and could not get in. Auto Unlock has failed to work. Keypad keeps losing connection and have called support twice only to have locked reset twice and loose all setup. Will wait and try for a few days otherwise will replace with old lock again.

Connection Issues

When it works, it's nice. It dropped my wireless connection after a few days and would connect, disconnect, connect literally every minute. Each connection or disconnection leads to a notification so my phone was blowing up ALL day! Restarting the device didn't fix the problem. After the 2nd reset, I'm back up and running but the connection is still quite low. I'm using a Linksys Wireless AC router that's ~15FT from the doorbell. Ookla Speed Test shows 40-50MBPs download speed from the location of the doorbell. I reached out to August support and their response was I need a WiFi range extended even after I sent screen shots of my download speed. SMH...
Much like Augusts other gadgets, I own the lock, the product is hit or miss. I told myself I wouldn't buy August again but am a sucker for their design. Their devices as a whole miss the mark and support isn't any help.

Same issue here. keeps dropping connection

Same issue, when it works it's good but keeps dropp9ng connection. Was asked by support to get extender too even though wifi range is good and all other devices work. Did get an extender only to have same problem. Was told by support it has to be next to the doorbell. Overall not satisfied.
