I preordered this item when it became available. I regret it. I am a life long Apple user and when I got a chance to order this new iPad I did. I returned it immediately.
The biggest flaw with this version of the iPad is that the glass is not laminated to the screen, and as such there is a slight give when you press down. The gap is noticeable and as someone who works in technology I can tell you that this will be a problem down the road.
The user experience is hampered by the gap, your touch responses do not feel snappy and more than once it took a second tap or swipe for the action to register with the iPad.
I returned this for a refund, and went back to my iPad Air 2.

I bought these for my fiance as part of her anniversary present. She loves them and after using them a few times myself I went out and bought a second pair for me. We use these when running and at the gym. Battery life is great, sound is great and they don't fall out of our ears.

It has been a long time since I've considered upgrading the head unit in a vehicle. I've been following Apple's CarPlay for a while now and since my new vehicle didn't come with it I finally "bit the bullet" and purchased this one from Best Buy. If you are an iOS user (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) and want to experience CarPlay this is the best bang for your buck.

Warranty - USA or not?
I cant find if this has a USA warranty or not. Those that bought one, do you know?
Mine has a USA warranty. Anything bought through American big box retailers like Best Buy will come with an American Warranty.

Yes it will. The Fuji S5 Pro is based on Nikon's D200 platform. It will work perfectly.

Is this a good flash for taking indoor pictures of jewelry?
It will work just fine, I would recommend using a beauty ring though instead of a flash like this. If you're using a soft white box to place around the jewelry and bounce the flash off the inside of the box you will get a very nice even flash.

Is the SB700 Compatible with the Nikon D90
Yes it is, its compatible with any of the more modern DSLRs from the Nikon D100 and up. You should find that it works great! Especially as a wireless off camera flash!
