My top-load washer is just one year old and didn't have the bad smell yet, but just as a part of maintenance, I decided to use one tablet today. After the first use, I immediately noticed the fresher scent in my washer. I will use it once every few months to prevent the build-up and keep it clean. Good product!

I needed a case for my laptop. I didn't want to spend a lot for a bag, but I was reluctant to get a sleeve because it is usually a lot thinner and has no handles or extra pockets. When I found this at BestBuy.com for about the same price as a sleeve, I decided to take a chance even though the description indicated that this bag fit for a laptop up to 15.4". My laptop screen size is 15.6", so I wasn't sure if mine would fit in it, but It did!! 15.6" barely fits, pretty much edge to edge, so I doubt that 17" would fit in it.
This is a very nice bag and padded well. There are a few compartments inside and pockets outside. The design is so cute! I love the zipper with Hello Kitty faces! Even though it is a little tight, I can still put my mouse and battery in the outside pockets. I am happy with the purchase especially for the price!!
What's great about it: Hello Kitty, Color, Many pockets, Handles and Shoulder strap
What's not so great: a little tight for 15.6"

I bought this to replace my basic Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker that I bought back in March 2012. I spent $25 on Mr. Coffee and it seems that it always stops working within 2 years. The 1st one lasted about 19 months and the 2nd one lasted only 9 months. Luckily, I always purchase a GS protection plan with it, so replacing is hassle-free. This time, Best Buy gave me a gift card instead of replacing it to the same product, so I decided to go with this cheap one. It is only 10 cup, but I like making fresh coffee, so I didn't mind. No clock, no timer, but they are not necessary for me. (My old Mr. Coffee didn't have them either, so I am used to without them.) It's not indicated, but it does have "Pause N' Serve" feature which is a must for me. This is a very basic coffee maker and it does what it does. Easy to use and no problem so far. Only negative is that it doesn't have a light when it is "on", so it is easy to forget to turn it off. Other than that, I am happy with it. I bought another one at a "Deal of the Day" price as a back up! Let's see if this one lasts longer than Mr. Coffee...
What's great about it: Cone Shaped Filter
What's not so great: No light for "On" bottom

Smaller is Better!!!

This was my 2nd Logitech mouse. I recently bought a laptop and wanted to get a new mouse for it. My first one that my husband uses now with his desktop is a laser one and has been working great for the last few year. Because I heard that a laser one is better quality and newer than an optical one, I was set to buy a M510 and so I did.
I took it home and started using it. It was great except that M510 was too big for my hand since it was a full-size mouse. My index finger reached just 1/3 of the wheel with my wrist relaxed. I was getting uncomfortable reaching out. So when I was thinking of returning the M510, I asked a salesman if there was a big difference between laser and optical. He said I wouldn't be able to tell any difference if I am not a super gamer. So I decided to exchange it to M525.
I took it home and started using it. It was great except that M510 was too big for my hand since it was a full-size mouse. My index finger reached just 1/3 of the wheel with my wrist relaxed. I am VERY happy that I did. M525 fits my hand perfectly!! And the salesman was so right! I can't tell any difference!! This advanced optical mouse is as good as a laser mouse!! It is very responsive and works nicely without a mouse pad. The wheel is very smooth. I love the fact that it doesn't have "back & forward" bottoms on the side. I used to press the side bottoms unintentionally and it used to get me really frustrated. So tilting the wheel to go back and forward was a nice change. And yes, this has a zooming capability on pictures just like M510. This smaller mouse takes less space and is very comfortable holding it. I couldn't be happier with M525.
What's great about it: Size, Great response, Nice color, Long Battery Life, Easy Set-up
What's not so great: None!!!

Love at the first sight! It is so adorable and "8GB" is great. My old flash drive (2GB) was getting full, so this will give me plenty of space! It is very easy to use like all the others. As soon as you plug it in, Kitty's pink bow starts flashing to let you know that it is being read or written.
The only negative is that it doesn't come with a "cap holder" which prevents losing the Kitty's body when the flash drive is in use. I had to buy one separately so that I can keep the body in place. I think all character flash drives should come with cap holders like ones from EMTEC.
Over all, I am very happy with this flash drive and you can't find a better deal anywhere else!
What's great about it: 8GB, Very Cute, The Flashing Bow
What's not so great: Doesn't Come With a Flash Drive Cap Holder

Graet Laptop For Everday Use!

It's been about a month since I bought this laptop. Since it has been great, I decided to write a review.
This was my first laptop purchase. I did extensive research, but there were still too many to choose from. Since I was not a tech savvy and my main purpose was minimum - Email, Web surfing, Personal photo management, You tube, Movie, Music etc. (not so much gaming), it didn't have to be the latest top-line laptops.

I loved the look of MAC, but it was $950 for the cheapest notebook and didn't have a number keypad. Because I wanted a numeric keypad, I decided to go with bigger sizes. Then, a salesman told me that there wouldn't be that much different between 6GB and 8GB if I don't play games very much. 6GB is powerful enough to handle what I want to do. Beats Audio was one of the reasons I decided to go with HP. Another reason was its battery life. It can go about 9 hours!! (with energy saving mode, of course) The average battery life is around 5 to 7 hours. So, 9 hour-battery is awesome! I wasn't so familiar with AMD, but I hesitated to get i5 when there was already i7 out in the market. I was told that AMD A10 came out this year and is a lot better than what many people expected (because of the reviews from A6 and A8.) The price $579.99 was unbeatable!! (Costco sells HP with A6/A8 & 6GB or less for similar or higher prices!)
After I took it home, I started to set it up. It was easy and simple. I love having a numeric keypad since I used a desktop so long. The backlit keyboard is really cool! Sound is clear and crisp. Graphic is sharp and clean. A10 is very fast. (Sorry, can't comment on gaming...) Since HP SimplePass was brand new to me, it took me awhile to figure out. While I was playing with it, I came cross "Report Issue" section, so I clicked it. Then it said I had an obsolete version of SimplePass and didn't let me report an issue. But it did give me an option to install the new version and after the installation, it went smooth. I love this feature! It's very convenient. When my finger is sweaty or angled, it doesn't read well, but I still love to have it. Webcam may not be the best quality, but still good enough. I did encounter some minor freeze twice, but it wasn't too bad. And, I do agree with other reviewers about this laptop being a fingerprint magnet, but I bought a laptop skin to protect it from fingerprints and scratches. It allowed me to personalize my laptop and now I love it even more! For someone who needs to stay within a certain budge range, this is great price for such features and up to date tech. Over all, I am super happy with this laptop.
What's great about it: Backlid keyboard, Numeric keypad, SimplePass, AMD-A10, Beats Audio,
What's not so great: maybe...Webcam? Fingerprint magnet.
