yes its heavy yes the 4k causes some programs and other items to be small. yes it is heavy (did i mention that?) it runs pretty cool, but the bottom does get warm sometimes when I am video editing the keyboard doesnt offer a lot of key travel, wish it was better the trackpad feels like it has some play in it, and it's not very responsive to very small movements. wish it was better HOWEVER it is powerful I dont have any lag when video editing it is easy to upgrade (1 screw) it is fast doing any activity I read you should upgrade the wireless card for $25. i plan to. and read you can utilize the m2 slot for a ssd. I plan to. I like the rubbery feel of the area next to the trackpad and the machine itself. the machine looks cool I decided to keep it since the pros outweighed the cons for me.

Really wanted to like this

Here's the thing. I really wanted to like this laptop. I researched laptops for at least a month, and picked this one for its specs; 128 GB hybrid SSD/1TB HDD, 16 GB RAM, dedicated 2GB graphics card, 6th gen i7, backlit keyboard, numeric key pad. I intended to use this for video editing (not video games), and it did a pretty good job with the 4 videos I have made in the past 9 days since receiving this laptop. Although there were a couple times it had trouble rendering small videos, that it really shouldn't have with all these great specs IMO. I'm typing on the laptop right now. I would have still decided to keep it except for two big things: the edges on the laptop are SHARP. Too sharp to ignore, as they are not comfortable at all. The other thing is the trackpad. It's....kind of sticky...my finger doesn't run across it smoothly. It feels kind of rubbery if that makes sense. It takes a couple clicks to register sometimes too. Very annoying. While I'm at it, the battery life kind of sucks, and the keyboard is pretty squishy. I'll be returning it before my 14 day window is up. Looking at a Dell XPS 15 now, hopefully it's better.

Internet Connectable?No
I bought the samsung UN55FH6003FXZA for 700 and it had no audio out (wtf) so it went back. after research I decided to buy this 3dtv for 800, as it does have an audio out (and best buy price matched walmarts price of 800). I get it home and there are way more picture settings, but the picture is not as good as the one that went back. I looked up online some calibration settings and still get the same result. its kinda blurry on wide shots during a football or basketball game. close ups are good though. bluray looks great. not sure what to make of that. it may be going back, I have a choice to make. but the 3d is cool. hope this helps. hell maybe its the picture settings, not sure, its so hard to tell without a side by side.
What's great about it: 3d is cool. has audio output
What's not so great: picture quality not great, only 2 hdmi's (all in the back not the side), no swivel stand
