Bought April 23 stopped working July 1

When will I learn my lesson to stop buying from Best Buy? I bought this item on April 23 and the item worked great while it was functioning. Unfortunately, the item only a shade over two months. Now I have to go through the extended warranty. I only used this item three times a week for a week for a total of 16 times for no more than 16 hours while I worked out. The item no longer charges when plugged in. I've tried different outlets and connections. How an item can stop working after 16 hours of use is beyond me. Thanks Dr. Dre and Best Buy.

Wish it worked beyond 30 days

This television was for my guest room. During the 30 days I owned the TV, it was used a total of 8 times. I had not used the television for a week and when I returned from vacation, my wife noticed a crack in the television. I called BestBuy online and they said despite being within 30 days, warranty is only 15 days...seriously? They referred me to Insignia 800 number and when I called Insignia didn't even greet me with the company name. I did verify, "Is this Insignia?" "Yes." The said to identify whether the crack occurred internally that I would need to go to a Go to Assist remote access website so they can access through my laptop a diagnosis of what to the TV to crack. I refused to give them access and hung up. I called the local Best Buy and the initial Geek Squad guy said the way the screen cracked, it appears to be an internal issue probably overheating. He called over his senior associate who said no it must have been someone hit the screen to crack it. I had no guests over who could have broken the screen Best Buy management said they could not do an exchange nor even give me a $10 give card...nada. Very disapppointed especially since I have bought a fridge, a dryer, 2 TVs, and 2 laptops, and a portable AC. Never again will I buy from Best Buy...ever.

Does the job but incredibly loud

This portable AC is intended to heat a 500 square foot bedroom with poor wall insulation. Setup was a bit challenging. The unit is over 70 pounds so carrying the unit upstairs is not easy. The wheels at the bottom of the unit don't roll easy. The wall bracket appears cracked already but is usable. Rather than returning this and waiting for Best Buy to take forever and a day to replace, we kept it. The wall bracket is not ideal for smaller windows, we had to improvise. Once plugged in the temperature in our bedroom with Central AC registered at 84 degrees...yikes. The room cooled the room to 71 degrees within two hours. However, this is an incredibly noisy unit. We cannot watch TV while the unit is on cooling. When the unit reaches the target temperature and fans momentarily volume is minimal. However, when the AC resumes cooling, it is so loud I find myself waking up to the noise at night. Be aware as I guess this is normal and I need to adjust to this. I'll give it another few days before deciding whether I can adjust to the noise levels.
