We are so disappointed about this new refrigerator and now angry with the local service team. So regret didn't pay attention to the bad reviews on Amazon.
I got this one new on June, It only looks nice and big. It starts generating loud noise since October. Continuously ruin your life, even hear that in the 2nd floor. After playing with it, we found the funny thing is you can temporarily stop that noise by opening and re-closing the door. However, that noise would come back soon of course.
We got local service first visit was on Nov 6th, which we asked one day off, he changed one fan, which didn't fix the problem. Second visit was on this Tuesday December 1st, didn't fix anything since he said he didn't have the part with him. Then rescheduled to December 3rd. So this is my third time asking for a leave in one month for this refrigerator! I was at home, while your technician didn't knock my door and directly left a note on my door saying that he missed us. This is totally lying. I'm not sure why he didn't wanna knock the door. I guess most likely he is not sure how to fix the issue with this annoying refrigerator.
When I called in the local company, they told us he would come back next Monday. While I'm waiting for him, it seems he would never show up.
I already lost four days' salary, and I don't wanna lose my job because of the stupid Samsung appliance and service team. I'm so disappointed about Samsung now.
No geeksquad, of course Bestbuy never helps in this situation even for a Elite Plus member who spent over $ 4,000 a year.
Please please never buy this model, and get away from Samsung!
