Twice now broke

Bought in mid-2013. Last year ice maker didn't work a worked for about a month after before it broke again. This time it started making a fan noise,called to get it fixed but they didn't call me back and was unable to follow up on it at that time and stopped making the noise but then it started to get warm inside and when pulled stuff out found ice obstructing back vents. Probably have a block of ice in the back of the refrigerator. Love the French drawers and room in the refrigerator but no working ice maker and breaking when not even 3 years old is a bummer. Get a extended warrenty if you buy this refrigerator. I am glad I did!
