Took the hit

I've had 2 of these cases in a year and a half of owning my MacBook Pro and both have done exactly what I bought them for, taking a hit from a small drop. The first one took a side drop and one of the thin joints between openings cracked, took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it with a new one, MacBook totally unscathed. The second took a corner drop from the arm of the couch and two of the corners completely broke off, but my laptop was completely unharmed. I'm going to buy a replacement because the product looks sleek and it does what it supposed to do, take a hit.

diffrence between case and sleeve

A case usually snaps on or is secured to the device whereas a sleeve would be a pocket made of any protective or decorative material that the device is stored in between uses.

Will bestbuy carry the Incase hadrshell for macbook pro 15" 2011 model in FROST color

It doesn't appear the case you are looking for is sold by Best Buy, I'd suggest this case as a possible replacement:
