Will most printers be windows 10 compatible?
I use 2 printers. One I bet HP will release an update on it to make it windows 10 compatible since it can also scan and print wirelessly. The other printer I use at my house is a HP Deskjet D1520 i think. I was wondering if it is best to begin looking around for a new printer to replace the HP Deskjet printer since it only prints using a USB cable.
Dylan,
I would hold off buying another new printer. If its USB there are usually standard drivers that each iteration of windows puts out. Although some printer specific software might not make it, its a safe bet it will support typical printing tasks. I don't know the extent you use your home printer, but unless you do a lot of heavy graphics or projects it may be better to just hold off. Windows does a few things well, and legacy device support has been pretty decent in my opinion.
