A decent washer, when it works

I've had this washer for about 8 months now, and for the most part it has been a good washer. But, I have experienced all kinds of issues. Have had to had the washer repaired 3 times so far, and am now getting it replaced. Seemed to have no rhyme or reason for why it failed, just build poorly I guess. I would look at other manufacturers for a more reliable solution.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does this use HE detergent, is it a high energy washer?

Yes it will use both HE and regular detergent, as well as PODs.

Alot of reviews stated this washer is very noisy . I'm concerned

I have never noticed it being noisy, no more than any other top loading washer.

Does this washer get off balanced frequently?

Only when washing very bulky items, or with a SUPER full load. Otherwise it does a good job managing weight distribution.
