So far, so good. I have had this TV for about a month now. It was easy to set up. I did not realize it would be a Roku with a TV rather than a TV with Roku. Whenever you turn it on, it immediately goes to Roku and within the menu is the actual TV. I bought this mainly to replace an older TV which was struggling to tune in stations via the antenna. I have seen some improvement but it, for some reason, is still not 100% good on receiving antenna. I live within a city with open view to broadcast towers. I use a basic TV antenna (purchased separately).

I thought I would try this on a smaller TV we have in our bedroom as an alternative to always going to the living room to watch the Roku. It works amazingly well and much cheaper than Roku. It's reliable & everything. The way I think of it is that I use my Droid smartphone or iPad as a remote to tell this what to find on the internet via wifi. It's not streaming from the phone or iPad. I just wish they had more apps. It has some of the basics like Hulu Plus and Youtube. They need to have more.

Cable extension
Can I add an extension to the existing cable so I can put the antenna higher, say, in the attic?
I would think so as long as you get the right connection
